Keller Williams thrives on collaboration. We invite you to share your ideas for new Command features and help shape the future KW technology.

To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. This would be very easy to implement.

    I propose that we have 2 different Neighborhood Nurtures, one used to market to Sellers (those who already live in a particular neighborhood) and one used to market to Buyers (those who wish to live in a particular neighborhood). The current Neighborhood Nurure is "Buyer friendly" because the initial information the person sees when clicking on the email is: what is what properties are currently for sale, not the neighborhood stats. If he/she wants to know the neighborhood stats, they must search/find the link in the upper right corner "Neighborhood Stats" and click.

  4. TikTok is an increasingly popular app that we use to create content and stay relevant in a tech world. It would be helpful to have links like FB and instagram so our leads, contacts and SOI can stay up to date on us.

  6. The canned emails sent through a few of the foundational Smartplans are not editable, leaving out our non-English speaking clients. The neighborhood nurture smartplans have these canned emails, I would love to see Spanish (and other languages) represented in the templates.

  8. I would love to see widgets in the email designs that have prewritten content for agents. Agents then drag and drop. I would love to see national articles around real estate, local content around real estate & local events, market information, and home tips, seasonal checklist, home trends, etc. Multiple widgets each month with content so agents have a very custom feel to the newsletter and not any brain damage.

  9. instead of having to manually enter the closing date from details to home anniversary, it should automatically go to home anniversary date field once the closing has been completed. this way would be easier for reports and smartpans than having to go back and enter each :) thanks!

  10. I would love see who is engaging in a bi-monthly or monthly neighborhood search so we can follow up. Perhaps a notification of contacts who open the smart plan and are looking at listings. Or a way to filter these contacts. We seem to be good at sending them out but the follow up and metrics to these systems seem to be lacking.

  12. Would it be possible to have an email or notification sent to me when a SmartPlan ends in error? I am finding these errors are happening and I am not aware of it. Don't want anything slipping through the cracks. Thanks!

  13. Being able to look at a full list of the checklist items for all stages/phases of an opportunity would be very helpful. Quick access to the full list is helpful to see how we want to edit the opportunity process in its entirety, maybe moving things to an earlier stage/phase.

  16. Problem, when adding an email you always have to manually type in your email signature.

    Solution come up with additional Merge Fields like:
    {Full.Agent.Signature} - to include their office address
    {Short.Agent.Signature} - a variation of the Full with out the address.

  18. I would love to have a way to keep track my business expenses and create a Profit/Loss report every month. Since KW Command will be able to track our income based on our 'opportunities', it only makes since to also be able to track our expenses.
