Reports for Clean Up
I am working with a team to help set up a more functioning COMMAND system. There are remnants of 3 old classification "ideas", most aren't being used. Upon inquiring to support, I found the exports and/or reports I need are not available. As functions have been released, it is necessary to clean up old workarounds to incorporate the new features. Doing some clean-up is needed and there is no way to easily query what is in the system. Any user created fields and assignments to clients should be easily accessible for reivew.

Offer with a Referral Issue
I received a referral check for a deal I referred out. Command still wants me to complete the offer section with the same info as if I listed/sold the property myself to be able to get to the commission tab. Since I did not work with the clients I did not have the details of the financing or the other party. Outside Agent Referral (zipcode issue)
We were trying to enter the information for an outside agent referral and it would not accept the details and let us click the button. All fields were filled in and we couldn't figure out what was wrong. After multiple tries we removed the dash from the zip code. We had used the 12345-6789 configuration of the zip code. After removing the "-4 digits" it worked. There was not a dialogue box or error message that showed what was wrong.

Created date in the contact profile
When you open up a contact's profile page, I'd like to see the created date on the left side, under the lead source line. As of now, if I want to see how long I've known someone, I have to take extra steps to search for them in the main page to see the date in the list.

Establish Tap section on the Top of Command
Currently, when using the command, I have to open a new tab in Chrome every time I switch between different functions. Would it be possible to develop an option to add a tab on the top? This way, we wouldn't have to constantly switch back and forth or refresh the command, making the workflow more efficient.

Every CRM I know has a form creation function, whoever responds to this form is automatically entered into the command, avoiding manual work for this purpose.

Link MLS with Command Contacts to show any listings matching the Contact's addresses
Link MLS to Command Contacts so when a property is listed on MLS that matches the Contact in Command, it is shown as an Active, Coming Soon, Expired, Cancelled, or Withdrawn listing. The KW agent should be able to add a widget on to the Home screen so we can see at a glance the listings that have been recently changed that are matching addresses in our contacts. Messages about contacts
I would love to see the option to send messages to team/collaborators to chat about a lead without an opportunity or deal; to tag a team member so they get a notification; to keep communications in one place for the team.

Add a "split document" button when needing to "update" document
When agents are needing to "update" their document due to compliance, they is no option to split that document unless they do it in DocuSign already. This tends to be a hassle for agents who need to update multiple forms for compliance.

Merge agent email boxes
In Agent profile, the email boxes are set up as "recovery" and "personal". These are supposed to be different emails, however agents are confusing it as the same thing. Can we reword "personal" to "business" as that is the email they are using for their business.

WHY ARE ADDRESSES UNDER A SEARCH!!?
Searching for an Address vs just entering one...I may not have their full address, but want to add the city they live in. Even under neighborhoods if I do that, the city isn't always there to pull from. WHY can't I add just the city and state so I know where they're from? Searching for an address is the worst...if I don't have an actual one for the contact, then I'm picking a random one from a street in their city...versus just adding the info I want which is to add city and state. Allow social media links to be visible as columns
Today, we do not have the ability to display social media links as columns in our contacts applet. In a social media (SM) connected world, SM is sometimes the primary form of communication and therefore should be easily available for us to navigate to when making touchpoints on our leads.

Documentation being required to submit
Currently our Agents can create an opportunity and submit a commission request without having the proper documentation submitted.
Is there a way that we can have the disclosure agreements and contract of sale for sale transactions a requirement and the agents won't be able to submit the commission request without uploading them to the opportunity first?
For rentals we also require leases however, sometimes buildings don't provide them to the agents so maybe its best for now that we have that as optional.
