How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. Completing Tasks should prompt activity logging

    I know there are several others here about tasks - however when working from the task manager > other tasks in Command MC, it takes too many clicks to make sure a completed task logs an activity. It should prompt every time an individual task is completed, whether from the task manager screen or inside the recruit/associate card.

    Currently clicking "complete task" in the task manager view does not prompt to log activity, which creates too many clicks to log the activity, make sure the task is marked completed, then not lose your place in the task list.

  2. Notes when completing a task

    It would be really helpful to have a section for adding notes to a task before marking it as complete. Right now, we have to go back into the agent's profile to add notes after completing a task, which adds extra steps. It would also be great if the task notes could automatically feed into the notes section to make everything a little smoother and more organized.

  4. Combine Checklist Tasks and Other Tasks

    Combine the view for Checklist Tasks and Other Tasks for ease and less clicks. Also allows for quicker/easier task adding. No need to have to different "classes" of tasks. All must be done.

  5. add completed tasks to timeline

    I would like for it to show that I completed an assigned task in my contacts timeline vs having to manually type that it.

  6. CommandMC Task App

    CommandMC should have the Task Applet for recruits just like the agent side of Command. Right now if you talk with a recruit and you need to followup in a few days or week there is no way to create a task or a reminder for you to follow up.
