To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.

  1. Unlicensed Admins and Transaction Coordinators require access to agents’ Command accounts in order to properly TC files and support agents with database management, SmartPlans, and other operational tasks.

    Currently, agents must provide one-time verification codes for this access. In practice, agents are not always immediately available to share these codes, which has become a significant and ongoing frustration within our Market Center.

  2. With the new Agent "Business" teams rollout, our teams tracking has gotten more difficult.

    Currently, the transaction defaults to wherever the Opportunity was created in Command (by the drop-down option at the top), but agents aren't used to that system. Once it's created, the agent has no way of seeing that the attribution is incorrect until their volume reports otherwise.

    MCAs/AMCAs have a drop-down menu for teams. I suggest we give agents & their transaction coordinators the same option to audit their own transactions when they submit a Commission Request.

  4. Please establish one individual Canva account for each Market Center, using a Keller Williams email address (such as the MCA or Front Desk email). This ensures the account remains with the Market Center, even if personnel changes occur.

    Market Centers regularly use Canva to create a wide range of materials, including training announcements, social media content, and agent recognition posts (such as cappers and monthly top performers). In addition, access to the appropriate Canva environment is essential for consistent and effective training.

Since the MC Intranet websites were discontinued, agents have lost the ability to send mass emails to their Market Center peers - a tool they used to share listings, buyer needs, vendor recommendations, event promotions, etc. To restore this important connectivity, Command should include a feature that allows agents to send mass emails within their own Market Center without having to manually add the Market Center roster to their contacts, as agents may not know who is new to the Market Center or who has left.

  6. After the latest Command update, agents are no longer able to edit the Estimated Close Date in the Opportunity after an offer has been accepted. It's important that agents are able to update the closing date as that is the date we sort files for Compliance.

  7. Many agents use the same contact card with both names of the spouses on it. They use these names because they remember them that way. That is Joe of Joe and Sally. I struggle to get them to use 2 different contact cards because they can't see who the spouse is easily. It would help if we could view the spouse in the columns on the main page. They could then put that column right next to the name and it would help them track it. Some of my agents create a custom column and put the spouse name there…

    I'm writing to express concern about the limited functionality of Gemini Pro within our system at KW. When it was first released, our agents had access to a variety of features that were incredibly popular and are now no longer available.

    Some of the most missed features include:

    Staging photos of vacant properties

    Prompts to create images and flyers for social media

    Prompts to generate videos

  9. This is an old idea I'm bringing back.
    Within SmartPlans there is more than just one eye displaying who's on it.
    Include one for any contact that completed it and another one for any contact that unsubscribed.

In the new command personal business accounts, it would be helpful if any admin who are added has the ability to send Twilio messages from the Rainmaker's Twilio account and see notifications for responses. There should also be the ability for the email campaigns that the admin sends to have the option to come from the Rainmaker and not the admin. Without this, there is still a need for the admin to log in to the Rainmaker's account, which is something we're trying to eliminate.

  11. Currently, Rankings within the Market Center report includes leases in all categories except Listings taken. To align with KWRI Medallion awards, we have always excluded leases from our monthly awards. I now have to create multiple custom reports and do many calculations manually to get monthly GCI and Units without leases.
    Please vote to have the ability to toggle off leases in Rankings reports.

  12. Having the Details side panel can be useful, but a lot of the time it needs to be collapsed to see the Opportunity fully.

    There should be a toggle in Settings to set whether you want the Details side panel to be opened or closed by default when opening an Opportunity. It would be a great Quality of Life addition to this new layout.

  16. In DocuSign when filling out a form, we could push the tab key on the keyboard and it would take us to the very next fillable line. This would be a nice feature in Lone Wolf so we can quickly fill out contracts and not have to always use the mouse to click on the next line.

  17. One of the most impressive aspects of platforms used by other brokerages is the ability to manage the entire buyer experience from a single system. Keller Williams already has a powerful ecosystem with Command, but integrating MLS functionality directly into Command could significantly improve productivity, client experience, and adoption across teams.

    The idea would be to develop a deeper MLS (MLX) integration within Command, allowing agents to perform key property search and client collaboration functions without leaving the platform.

  18. Tags are color coded but there's no way to filter the tags by their color. For example, we use green tags to differentiate client budget and purple tags to show client hobbies/interests. If we want to see all the purple tags together, there's no way to do that using the column filters or search. We have to use pre-fixes on our tags to keep groups of tag types together. Please add another filtering column in the settings/tags section for tag types?

  19. Add additional security features in Command

    ​Authenticator Apps: Options to link Authy, Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, or 1Password.

    ​Hardware Keys: Support for Passkeys, YubiKeys, and FIDO2 devices.

    ​SMS or Text Verification: While not perfect due to SIM swapping risks, it requires a separate physical device and is vastly superior to email verification.
