Remove Leases from Rankings Reports
Currently, Rankings within the Market Center report includes leases in all categories except Listings taken. To align with KWRI Medallion awards, we have always excluded leases from our monthly awards. I now have to create multiple custom reports and do many calculations manually to get monthly GCI and Units without leases.
Please vote to have the ability to toggle off leases in Rankings reports.5 votes -
Add a date filter so user can select range of date, or specific date in general for activity reports
Per the product team, currently, there isn't an option to select specific dates when it comes to showing activity reports results.
"this week" means 8 days ago. If today is May 6, 2025, then 8 days ago would be April 28, 2025.
"last week" mean 14 days ago. Using the same reference date of May 6, 2025, that would place "last week" on April 22, 2025.
Users would like to select a specific date range.

Allow associates to see rankings amongst all KW agents
Allow associates to see rankings/production of all KW associates. Include a filter option for MC and region. This would be the same report option as was previously a part of the KW reports.

More Robust Team Transaction Detail Report
This idea suggests providing a more robust Team Transaction Detail report that includes Commission, Bonus, Outside Referral, and 1099 figures for the whole team, like the Intranet version used to display.

Email Report Engagement Aggregation
I’d like to see an option where you can pull a report that shows whether a contact has opened an email, and/or engaged with it over any custom month span.
For example, If I send out 2 emails a month to each client, I want to know if X client opened both emails, clicked on anything, and be able to track if they’re doing it consistently month to month to know who’s actively engaging in content.
Currently you can look at each month’s email reports and see who’s opened your emails, and who’s engaged/clicked on something within them. That information…

Production Reports
Add the ability for agents to see their own production reports in Command. They need to be able to see their production by month, year, and total (especially for year-end tax information).

Lead Source Report specific to transactions, not contacts
Tracking sources as a whole in the database is useful, but if we are truly to understand our conversion numbers on lead generation sources we need to be able to pull a report for CLOSED units by lead source. This will enable the business to know which lead sources are most frequently closed, then leading to understanding which lead gen pillars we should be double down on to increase productivity and profitability.

Live links in the emails report of undeliverable addresses similar to when someone unsubscribes from emails.
It would be very handy to have a live link to the list in the emails report of the undeliverable email addresses so we can archive the contact.

Detailed Click Data in Campaigns
For my email campaigns, I would like to see what individual contacts in my specifically click on in my email. For example, did they click on a specific article/image, or a specific button?
That way it allows me to better interact with the contact, and could potentially allow for agents to create a trigger for a SMARTPlan creating a follow up if a lead clicks a specific link.

Include Team Emails in Email Reports
Teams would like a way to view more detailed email analytics for team members. Say, one agent sends out a SmartPlan through their Team SmartPlan account, the Rainmaker should be able to see those analytics instead of only the emails sent out from their account. Currently, the email metrics will show from that particular account. There is not a team email metrics at the moment. Basically there needs to be a 'Teamified' Reports applet.

Activity tracking work days
Can we please have the work days for the Activity Tracking start on a Monday? It currently starts on Sunday and ends on Saturday, and I believe most of us track activity Monday through Sunday.

Search by Contact Name in Email Campaigns Report
When looking at the results of an email campaign, they are listed in no particular order and there is no way to sort or search the results. If an agent needs to search to see if a Contact either received or opened an email, one must scroll through the entire list and manually search. Not time efficient and there is no reason it should be so time intensive to search for results for a contact. Timeline does not include the email nor any indication if opened. This should be basic functionality, not a feature request.
