Keller Williams thrives on collaboration. We invite you to share your ideas for new Command features and help shape the future KW technology.

To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. This Idea would be for both Recruits and Associates. Command has access to the Productive app and it is extremely helpful. Many of our offices use the Command side to run our associates because it has more useful applications such as productive. From a risk, compliance, and productivity standpoint, having PRODUCTIVE in Command MC would be highly beneficial. It can record our calls and have a AI summary of the call uploaded into our contact card with the calander appointments and the tasks that need completed as well as soon to be released email follow up.   2. I love using command. I also use Brian Baffini's referral maker. Would love to see an integration between the two, so I don't have to enter data in both CRM 's.

  3. Would love for there to be some sort of API or Zapier integration for CommandMC. We run ads and do Indeed job postings and it would be AWESOME to let this go direct to the pipeline when they apply/start a smartplan.

  4. There is currently an API Nation intregration for Follow Up Boss that works with personal Command, but the large majority of Follow Up Boss users are teams. As an MCTT, I see this as the biggest stumbling block for teams that would like to use both Follow Up Boss and Command.

  5. When someone creates an event on your calendar using Calendly, here's what I'd like to see happen:

    • Contact is instantly synced to Command (without having to use Zapier)
    • In the integration settings, agents can select whether or not they get added to opportunities and smart plans based on the type of event
    • Once the contact syncs, it's added to the appropriate smart plan and moved to the proper stage in opportunities
    • If the meeting is rescheduled, they can be added to another custom smart plan
    • If the meeting is cancelled, they can be added to another custom smart plan
