How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.

  1. After the latest Command update, agents are no longer able to edit the Estimated Close Date in the Opportunity after an offer has been accepted. It's important that agents are able to update the closing date as that is the date we sort files for Compliance.

  2. Having the Details side panel can be useful, but a lot of the time it needs to be collapsed to see the Opportunity fully.

    There should be a toggle in Settings to set whether you want the Details side panel to be opened or closed by default when opening an Opportunity. It would be a great Quality of Life addition to this new layout.

  3. Tags are color coded but there's no way to filter the tags by their color. For example, we use green tags to differentiate client budget and purple tags to show client hobbies/interests. If we want to see all the purple tags together, there's no way to do that using the column filters or search. We have to use pre-fixes on our tags to keep groups of tag types together. Please add another filtering column in the settings/tags section for tag types?

  8. We would like to have the ability to add custom fields to the Opportunity Details page. Things like lockbox cod, lockbox location, bed/bath/acres/etc., MLS ID, etc.

  9. The branch nickname of cobrokers and referral agents is pulling onto DAs instead of the name of the brokerage. This is causing confusion for agents, title companies and MCAs. Agents will put N/A in the branch nickname and it is printed on the DA. Please change the field where the DA is pulling the cobroker info.

  10. I’m the Compliance Manager for our Market Center, and I’ve noticed that roughly 20% of the opportunities submitted for compliance review are missing a property address. This creates delays and additional follow-up during the review process.

    I would like to submit a feature request to make the Address field required within Opportunities before a compliance submission can be completed. Requiring this field would help ensure more complete records at submission and improve overall processing efficiency.

  12. Please ask the agent this question instead of us. This would be helpful so we can get the data in our market center on what is canceling and why. We do not always have the time to call and ask our agents even though we would love to.

    This would also hopefully help stop them from terminating a transaction they are trying to change information on if they input something wrong.

  13. Regarding Task Lists under Opportunities (both Buy and sell)

    In Opportunities (Seller or Buyer) when you're making Checklists, there's the ability to make tasks assignable.

    Presently the options are self, "unassigned", or specific "team members" (you must pick an individual).

    I'd like to see this be dynamic: For example, as the Rainmaker, if my Buyer's Agent makes an opportunity for a Buyer, I want all the tasks they're responsible for assigned to them. The field in the task list wouldn't be assigned to an individual, but rather their role ("creator" of the opportunity), while some tasks would be static and…

  14. Please add the option to enter a contract date in the Opportunity Key Dates section without requiring an offer to be created first. I rely on the contract date to trigger tasks, and previously I was able to enter it manually. Now, the contract date only populates after an offer has been created and marked as accepted in the Offers tab, which limits workflow flexibility.

  15. For over a year now, the smart due dates on checklists are thrown off by a day once the commission tab is completed. When you use this feature to assign certain tasks on certain days (i.e. "contract date", "x days after contract date", etc.) it can become extremely confusing, especially when dealing with multiple transactions at once.

    I know I am not the only one who is having this issue and am shocked it has not been resolved yet. I've submitted multiple support tickets and just keep getting told it is "being worked on". It has been over a year…

  16. Following our recent investigation into the KW Opportunity API, we have identified several key fields available in the user interface (UI) that are currently missing from the API's HTTP response.

    To ensure data parity between the KW platform and our integration, we would like to formally request the addition of the following fields to the Opportunity object response:

    Requested Fields:
    • Close Date (not Estimated Close Date)
    • Contract Date
    • Contract Price
    • Estimated Commission Rate
    • Estimated Commission Amount
    • Description

  17. does the close date mean I have closed or is this an estimate. I don't want to add a close date because this is just an offer. the close date hasn't been agreed upon yet. I want to enter the offer so I can track the negotiation process.

  18. Estimated Commission Amount should update when a contract price is entered in the Contract Price field of the Financial information of an Opportunity. Right now it is only synced to Budget, which is fine for when they are searching, but not useful once the client is UAG. Thank you.

  19. Currently, when dragging an opportunity to pipeline stages that are not visible on screen, the columns do not automatically shift to bring additional stages into view. It would greatly improve usability if the system could detect when a user is dragging an opportunity toward the edge of the visible pipeline and automatically scroll to reveal additional columns, allowing for a smoother drag-and-drop experience.
