How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.

  2. Right now our MCA team is having to recreate all referral offers/transactions to get incoming referral checks paid out to agents. It would be amazing and extremely helpful if the agent could select the sale type as a referral themselves.

  3. Allow for Custom Dates to be added to an opportunity. For example, we often do exterior and interior photography on different days. So it would be great to be able to add custom dates and then use those as smart due date triggers for tasks.

  4. Allow the Transaction Coordinator (licensed or unlicensed) to be added to multiple agent's Command in order to manage multiple agents transactions. This will prevent password sharing.

  5. The new contingencies feature becomes non-accessible once the Commission Tab is pulled in by the MC. This results in agents receiving contingency emails, even for an opportunity that has closed with a closed commission status.

  6. Tie the Close Date field of the opportunity details section to the Close Date field in Transactions (Commissions) together. When an associate updates the Close Date in the Opportunity Detail screen and there is a Open/Submitted/Approved commission in Offers it would be great if the associate is asked if they would also like to update the Close Date of the Offer (if different). Also, if the associate submits an commission with a Close Date that does not match the Close Date in the Opportunity Details the system would ask if if the date should be updated to match.

  7. Right now you can only have 2 contacts assigned to any particular opportunity. However with the increase in Polyamourous, multigenerational and Parents helping Kids I would like to be able to attach more than 2 contacts to the opportunity. 3-4 contacts may be a decent amount as anything above that may be rare.

  8. In the new All Opportunities tab, we lost the ability to filter Opps for agents that left the team. It would be essential to have a filter that would display those Opportunities as well as the assigned agents who left the team.

  9. Hello! We are a growing team and we have run into the issue of our DOO not being able to see all of the Team's opportunities; only the rainmaker can. The only way for them to see the opportunities is if they are assigned to him which seems a bit of a hassle. We don't want to add him as another Rainmaker in Command Teams as that would mess up our reporting.

    So, can we have a function where the team DOO or admin has the ability to see all of the team's opportunities? Or, throw this permission into the…

  10. There should be totals for Units, Volume, and Commission in All Opportunities.

    When agents use Filters and create Smart Views, they are often expecting to see totals for those fields at the bottom of the list to get a sense of where their production is at YTD, last year, or what's Active or Under Contract, etc.

    Agents have not been able to gain the insights they want in the Reports applet.

  12. Please ask the agent this question instead of us. This would be helpful so we can get the data in our market center on what is canceling and why. We do not always have the time to call and ask our agents even though we would love to.

    This would also hopefully help stop them from terminating a transaction they are trying to change information on if they input something wrong.

  13. Auto-generate with AI. Create workflows in the pipeline that auto generate everything from listing presentation, CMA & marketing strategy in each stage of a client's lifeline. In scheduling would be able to click a button to generate a listing presentation (editable), once scheduled it would send an appointment reminder to the client morning of appointment, along with all necessary listing presentation docs like CMA, listing presentation accessories pulled from the details and contact page. Would be really cool if in the app we could just ask KWIQ prompts to generate these and email them directly to us or client.

  14. Would love in the marketing tab to pull all designs and templates created. Listing presentations autofilling from details page but also editable in templates. This would speed up listing presentation prep and in general all design prep for all designs going forward.

  18. It would be incredibly useful to have a feature that allows users to bulk assign SmartPlans to opportunities based on their opportunity stage. This would streamline follow-ups, automate client communication, and ensure consistent outreach without the need for manual entry. Bulk Editing Capabilities: Allow users to select multiple opportunities at once and apply or modify SmartPlans.

  19. There is no scroll bar in that menu so it looks like a static chart. They should put a scroll bar so people know they can scroll for the rest.
