How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.

  1. Unlicensed Admins and Transaction Coordinators require access to agents’ Command accounts in order to properly TC files and support agents with database management, SmartPlans, and other operational tasks.

    Currently, agents must provide one-time verification codes for this access. In practice, agents are not always immediately available to share these codes, which has become a significant and ongoing frustration within our Market Center.

    As a brokerage, we do not release commission payments until a file has been fully cleared and approved by our Compliance Officer. When Admins and TCs are unable to access Command in a timely manner due to verification…

  2. Improve the template workflow by adding a 'copy/paste' or 'memory' feature for initials and signatures. Manually dragging every initial is a bottleneck; allowing us to multi-select and repeat placements—similar to DocuSign—would be a huge productivity win for Lone Wolf users. Persistent Placement is what I believe it would be called.

  3. Now the toggle is all or nothing. Allow agent to select the MC vendors they want to add one by one not.

  5. Within a Lone Wolf Signing, there’s currently no option to include a single, universal message for multiple signers. Instead, the system requires you to enter a separate message for each individual signer. If the same message applies to all signers, it must be manually copied and pasted into each signer’s message field. We're looking to have a field to allow a message for all signers and avoid copy and pasting.

  6. It would be great to be able to merge documents and pages from multiple documents within Lone Wolf Transact or Authentisign. At the moment, there is no option to merge or split documents within Lone Wolf Transact.

  7. Currently Lone Wolf Transact does not allow for Clauses to be saved as Office/Global Clauses. Only created & saved at the Personal Level.
    In ZipformPlus - our Brokerage has 31 PreWritten/Approved Clauses by our PB that our Agents can select from Global Clauses to insert as needed into their Contracts.
    The Transact MCA Level Account can create Global Templates that Agents can access... it should be able to save created Global Clauses as well.

    Form editing in ZipformPlus allows for a field that is typically Numeric or Date based to accept an "override" of Text by quickly hitting the spacebar.…

  11. I would like to see a Remine Docs integration that serves the same functions as the DocuSign Rooms integration. Our primary MLS includes Remine in our subscription, and it has been more reliable than DocuSign. It also loads in property details and opposing agent/seller information on each of the forms which saves loads of time.

    Linking an opportunity to a Remine Docs transaction would be sensational.

  12. When there are multiple steps necessary to complete a task (for example referrals or overage on Earnest money) flagging all of those steps would be helpful. We don’t know what we don’t know and Command flagging/forcing the various steps would be helpful.

  13. since so many referrals between market centers exist, wouldnt it be easier to have an annual post of the market center's w-9 so agents don't have to track them down when they have a closing and the MCA can simply access the market center's doc for tax purposes.

  14. When splitting a PDF and selecting the document type, users are still required to manually name each split document. Having Command auto-name the documents based on the selected type would help streamline the process and save time.

    I’d like to offer feedback on the current Commission Request process in Command and suggest an updated, agent-friendly design based on common challenges we see at our market center. I understand that I may not know all the ins and outs of the backend process, but this is a time-consuming problem for both the agent and the staff.

If you accidentally upload a document to a placeholder that is conditionally required or optional there is no way to delete the uploaded document (this goes for required placeholders too, but a document should be uploaded there regardless.) If that placeholder is not needed for that opportunity the document is stuck there forever. Updating the document does no good if that placeholder isn't needed for that file.

  20. Notes left for MCAs and compliance to or from agents - place a little "Mark as Unread" - because sometimes I am communicating with an agent as an MCA and check a message sent, and find out it was meant for our compliance person. They miss it because it's no longer indicating there's a message for them.
