To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. If you accidentally upload a document to a placeholder that is conditionally required or optional there is no way to delete the uploaded document (this goes for required placeholders too, but a document should be uploaded there regardless.) If that placeholder is not needed for that opportunity the document is stuck there forever. Updating the document does no good if that placeholder isn't needed for that file.

  2. The ability to add more than one document per item in the compliance checklist. The current workaround at the moment is to create a duplicate checklist or have the MCA create multiple items for the same document.

  3. It would be extremely helpful if our opportunity dashboard for compliance requests included the expiration date of a listing agreement or buyer representation agreement. We just went through the very tedious process of archiving over a thousand opportunities from the compliance dashboard, many of which were listings that did not sell or buyers that did not buy. The only way to do this was to open each opportunity and re-open the documents. We have a submission date and an est. closing date....can we get an expiration date added so we can archive expired opportunities faster?

  5. Notes left for MCAs and compliance to or from agents - place a little "Mark as Unread" - because sometimes I am communicating with an agent as an MCA and check a message sent, and find out it was meant for our compliance person. They miss it because it's no longer indicating there's a message for them.

  6. When agents are needing to "update" their document due to compliance, they is no option to split that document unless they do it in DocuSign already. This tends to be a hassle for agents who need to update multiple forms for compliance.

  7. When submitting documents in the Opportunities section and you have to add a lot of documents that might not be listed by the broker, you have to click "Add Document". Once the document is added it drops you to the bottom of the screen where the document was added so then you have to scroll all the way back to the top of the screen to add another new document.   8. On the DA it lists an agents name , not their LLC Name (like we had in Winmore).
    Agents created these LLC's to be paid to and Title will cut the check to what is listed on the DA. Please change the name in the DA to the LLC Name so the checks from title are written correctly.

  9. A large proportion of listings in our area are held under a trust or other legal entity. It would be great if, instead of doing a 'workaround' there were a field in the docusign details to enter the name of the entity buyer or seller so it could map and populate the corresponding field on the legal documents.

  10. It would be helpful to be able to add the other agent on the other side. The current co-broker tab requires tax id info. I am only needing to add name, brokerage, email and phone in the parties to the transaction section.
