To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 


How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.

  1. I would like to be able to search for and send a link to a property I've registered through the Command app, just like it works on the computer, because sometimes I'm out of the office with only my cell phone and I need to send a link to a specific property to my client.

  2. I have been currently trying to up the SEO on my agent site. After running screenshots and video of our expert mode through AI I have found that we are missing some options to make the SEO on our pages better. First and probably the most important thing is we have no control over the meta description for our sites. That is not an option edit anywhere in expert mode, there is nothing on the custom homepage option or in global settings.   3. The "Local Listing Services Provided By [Office Name]" text appears on listings on our agents websites on their listings under the listing office brokerage information.
    This needs to be removed entirely so that only the listing agent's information is present, to ensure lead capture is directed solely to the listing agent.

  4. Currently on the team sites you can not change the MC logo in the top left of the team site. It surfaces from the MC site. Because of this when a team customizes their team site, the logo may not match the theme the team is using. In the solo agent side you are able to go into expert mode and override the logo that is placed there or remove it altogether. In the team side the override is there but it does nothing.   5. Facebook Pixel in Landing Page with HTML EMBED

    I just tried do add a Meta Pixel and I am getting a "HTML embedded <script> tags with inline content are not allowed for security reasons." error. I thought it could be done, did something change? Can you allow it ? It is needed for marketing.

  6. This would apply to Agent and Team sites and Consumer App.

    The listings thumbnails our our Command websites display the name and phone number of the listing brokerage. This is not a requirement or is an incorrect reading of the rules. Realtor.ca, for example only displays the address, price, beds and baths and square footage. Remax websites only show the price, address, beds and bats as well as the MLS # in small font. The listing brokerage and phone numbers are only displayed in the Listings Details. Showing that information on the thumbnails refrains our agents from promoting their Command…

  7. Lighthouse audits flag many images without alt attributes, including system-generated and module-based images.

    Ensuring that all images output valid alt attributes (including decorative images using empty alt text) would improve accessibility compliance and SEO.

    Agents currently have limited or no control over alt text in many modules.

  10. Agents need the ability to see analytics of their listings like number of clicks, views, saves. In a shifting market, and longer days on markets, agents need to be able to build reports and share data with sellers.

  12. The KW Consumer App needs smarter search and collaboration tools because clients expect advanced search features like drawing custom areas, commute filters, and more flexible filters. The current experience can feel limited compared to competitors such as Zillow or Redfin.

    Suggested improvements include:
    - Adding a “Draw Your Own Area” map search, commute-time and lifestyle-based filters
    - Enabling KW-exclusive listing highlights
    - Developing buyer and seller dashboards to include timelines, reminders and tips, and to-do lists
    - Enabling in-app agent-client chat on saved homes
    - Incorporating push notifications and alerts tailored to behavior and preferences

  14. for my entire service area, which geographically is huge, there are only two neighborhoods available to select. both of which are incorrect. we do not have the ability to send market reports to any of our buyers, or sellers, from command. neighborhoods should be a specialty thing, thats in addition to the standard market report function. its backwords. EVERY kw agent should be able to use this function, regardless of their location. it should automatically default to town/city or zip code. and neighborhoods should be for those that want to go more in depth. not being able to send out…

  15. When uploading a banner to the KW agent website, I was surprised to see my banner shrouded under a filter that is not removable. This is not good for branding if you want to keep the colors and branding consistent this gray filter needs to be removed.   16. Being able to capture a lead during an open house using the KW website /openhouse is amazing.

    I am suggesting the option for the leads to answer a question similar to " Are you currently working with a realtor" "Do you have a signed buyers rep agreement" with a yes or no answer. Then, if yes, it would ask for the agents name and brokerage.

    Once they have fully filled out the form and submitted, agents can implement tags in command that help categorize our leads for easy follow up or SmartPlan automation.

  17. DocuSign can already send signature requests as a text message, but that feature has not been integrated into the KW-provided accounts. I would love to get the feature added so I can reach signers through real-time notifications sent directly to their mobile devices.

  18. Several reusable modules generate heading order issues (skipped heading levels) and ARIA warnings in Lighthouse accessibility audits.

    Correcting heading hierarchy and ARIA usage at the module level would improve accessibility, screen reader navigation, and Lighthouse accessibility scores across all agent sites.

  19. Lighthouse audits show that agent sites load a large global JavaScript bundle where a significant portion is unused on many pages (especially the homepage).

    Splitting the main JS bundle by page type and conditionally loading features (search, maps, carousels, forms, etc.) would significantly reduce unused JavaScript, improve mobile performance, and improve Core Web Vitals such as LCP, TBT, and INP.

    This is a platform-level improvement that agents cannot address individually.
