Remove the listing brokerage name and phone # from the websites thumbnails for Canadian listings
This would apply to Agent and Team sites and Consumer App.
The listings thumbnails our our Command websites display the name and phone number of the listing brokerage. This is not a requirement or is an incorrect reading of the rules. Realtor.ca, for example only displays the address, price, beds and baths and square footage. Remax websites only show the price, address, beds and bats as well as the MLS # in small font. Run TRREB listings queries at specific interval to fix a photo rendering issue
We currently have an issue affecting all TRREB listings photos that might be due to the pace at which we execute the queries. The issue is impacting KW sites, Consumer App, Neighbourhood Nurture, Campaigns, Designs and Saved Search. The issue seems to happen because TRREB might not be sending the photos at the same time as the listing data and because TRREB has a rule allowing a maximum of 24 listings’ queries every 24 hours, this is causing a delay between the listing is posted and the photos uploaded. give us the ability to use market reports for towns and zip codes instead of neighborhoods
for my entire service area, which geographically is huge, there are only two neighborhoods available to select. both of which are incorrect. we do not have the ability to send market reports to any of our buyers, or sellers, from command. neighborhoods should be a specialty thing, thats in addition to the standard market report function. its backwords. Do Not Allow WhatsApp Numbers in Lead Forms
My lead inbox has filled with spam and bots using a WhatsApp number as their sole source of contact. They are not legit leads, so I propose each lead gets flagged if they type the word.

Allow Agent to View Consumer Created Saved Searches
Many other CRM's allow you to view your client's saved searches. This is vital to understand what homes your clients are seeing. We also need a BCC feature on saved searches so we get notified when a client gets notified of a new home in their search parameters.

Property Search Sold Limited by Time
The Sold and Rented properties on the search are great, but they need to be limited by time. When you search active, you don't need that limitation, but for sold properties, we're now returning properties sold any time. Zillow limits this by replacing the listing by address - each address can have only one listing, the most recent sale or status, but the MLS uses unique MLS numbers which will get assigned each time the property is listed.

Integrate Google Tag Manager too our Websites
Integrating Google Tag Manager into our KW websites. Since our sites are run off the Brightspot platform, and they have an integration with Google Tag Manager:

Hide sold/expired homes on home search bar
Whenever you're searching for homes on your agent websites, I've noticed that a lot of past listings for current homes for sale show up before the actual live listing. They will either be listings that sold previously or have expired. If there is a way to remove or hide those listings, that would be great. It gets really confusing for agents and clients when searching for homes and finding the actual live listing.

KW Sites Traffic Dashboard
I’d like to suggest the following features for the KW Site's Traffic Dashboard:
- Visitor Counts: Total number of visitors over a specific time frame.
- Traffic and Lead Sources: Specific breakdown of where visitors and leads are coming from, over a specific time frame (e.g., KW Paid Ad - Facebook, KW Paid Ad - Google, Smartplan, Direct Visits, etc).
- Page Views: Number of pages viewed by visitors, indicating engagement levels.
- Overall Traffic: Total visitors and unique users
- Demographics: Information about visitors’ locations, devices, and other characteristics.

Remove duplicate listings when a property is listed in multiple MLS boards
When a property is listed on multiple MLS boards for areas that overlap, please have the App and Agent website remove those duplicates so that it only shows one of them. I am in an area of Punta Gorda, FL where multiple MLSs overlap and so most properties are listed in both, sometimes 3 or 4 MLS boards. When I view them in the KW App and website they show up as duplicates. This is very frustrating for my customers having to scroll through multiple copies of the same listing. Sites like realtor.com and zillow.com don't show duplicates like this.

Properly Format Videos Shot in Portrait Mode
As of now, when adding a video shot in portrait mode (like on a mobile phone), the video will look fine if viewing an agent site on mobile but becomes zoomed in and cut off on desktop.
When adding a video to an agent site, the video should display properly, no matter if it's shot in portrait or landscape, across all devices instead of being inconsistent.
