Option to choose which Primary Market Center to Display
When a member of multiple market centers allow agent to select primary market center in the consumer app and on their site instead of the defaulting to the lowest market center ID number

Multiple Market Center Agent: The rule to make the first market center a person signs up to, the primary doesn't make sense. My website is HotlantaListings.com (Atlanta is my primary market) yet when you search for me on KW.com under search for an agent, I am shown as located in Destin (KW Emerald Coast is my secondary market). This is very confusing for a consumer so I need your help and making this change to show my primary market center as KW Community Partners in *******, GA please.

Not just display - for it to be for all of their business. I have a top 10 agent/ALC member, that holds a license in another state, hasn't done much production there (1 to 2 closings) but all awards and recognition goes to that MC. She doesn't even show on our lists. It is so frustrating. We need to have them be able to choose their primary MC, not just default the last one they joined

This is major. We have many dual associate agents that barely do business in another state, and still hold a license in that state. They should absolutely be able to choose which is more public facing.

Yes, I agree. You should be able to have your website reflect your market center.

Recently, our Market Center, merged with another, causing our office to become a "business center". This means we are no longer searchable by location on the KW referral network and all agent websites lead consumers to believe that we are part of a different area/board (and therefore no longer servicing our immediate area).
This has absolutely negatively impacted agent business and weakened our value proposition to potential recruits as well as our long-time agents. Why join or stay with an office that has little-to-no searchable, online presence?
We have no answers for them and have been given no reassurance from KWRI that this is being taken seriously or even addressed.I'm asserting that an agent should be able to select their "home base" whether that's by location or MC number

I cannot believe that we already do not have the choice to decide, as agents, which MC displays as your primary. This delayed decision almost just cost me a $17,000 commission, and who knows how much business this is costing me that I do not know about. I am so upset about this I am looking at hanging my SC license outside of KW so that I do not lose business at my primary NC market center! THIS IS CRITICAL!!! I had a previous client look at y website, it displayed my SC location, and he almost didn't call me because he thought I moved! I have been asking for this change for TWO YEARS so why are we still talking about this?????
