Custom Fields for Open House Forms
We need to know if the potential buyer is working an agent and this could be added in two ways:
1. Add a Check box: Have you signed with a Buyer Agent?
- Add space for the name of the Agent that the buyer is represented by. (If the answer is "Yes")

It would be great to ask Qs about what they thought of the property, what is there time frame, etc. Custom fields would be great. Also, asking for Mailing Address (even if just an optional field)

I got around this by creating a custom Jotform, and used Zapier to zap the clients into KW command. The answers the clients selected, you can have show up as tags, or information in notes or the description.
You can also create something at the bottom to allow for TCPA 1-1 consent, or something similar for compliance like there is on the Open House sign in KW command has.
It's very customizeable, and you can use the advanced functions so you can have either phone number or email is required, and not both.

In addition to asking if a buyer is in a signed contract we should also have the ability to leave quick notes

We need to have the ability to record whether open house attendees are working with an agent or not. This is a requirement of the new NAR rules. It would also be nice to have the ability to record whether the open house attendee signed a buyer agency agreement.

And if they are pre-approved or not yet

Open House sign in sheets are very little value to the seller. We can only let them know how many people visited. We should have items like rate my home on a scale of 1 to 5 stars. Is the price High, Just Right, little Low, What are the best features, what improvements would you suggest. This kind of feedback would bring value to our sellers where we are seeing Days on market extend out now.

This is still an on going problem, i only use paper sign in sheets because of lack of information. and if the person has been pre-approved. less information then less of a connection. i will use the online digital sign in once boxes for a choice is implemented otherwise its useless.

A note field is mandatory for the open form that collects client information

This is going to be a crucial addition once new laws are passed in NJ that require Executive Buyer Agency Agreements.

A required section asking if someone is working with an agent, and if yes, what their full name is, if no, how soon would they like to buy, would be great. The "Leave a Note" field on the old landing pages allowed for this but not all visitors followed instructions.

Hello! I love the Lead Alert feature for Agent Sites. But would it be possible if the lead forms can come in with specific properties that the leads are asking about? In other words, can the lead capture form have more information when agents and market centers receive new site leads.

As an agent, in order to capture the Open House visitors properly - provided through kw.com site-, in addition to Name, Cellphone, and Email, we need to have more fields:
1. How soon do you want to move? (drop down option answer, next 1 - 3 months, 3 - 6 months, 6+ month)
2. In the scale 1 - 10, how do you like this property? 1 not interested at all, 10 you love it.
3. Who is your Realtor®?This way, the agent will be able to follow up accordingly. If they are not with a realtor, the agent can make them as a new prospect buyer.
Thank you!

It would be wonderful to have a feedback form with options for price, features, location, condition ect

Agents all collect info from buyer's to begin the search for a home. This would allow agents to run a survey from command with a custom landing page.
If you offered widgets similar to those in Chimp Monkey's survey builder, it would be simple to build a custom landing page survey.
