Solo agent transferred to team account just so he could have a team account. He was running into issues and extra costs for API nation syncs due to having a team account.

Solo agents currently CANNOT add admins and virtual assistants to their Command, despite this being critical to becoming a Level 2 and Level 3 agent per the MREA.
The only way to create admin accounts is to be reclassified as a Team, even if you're solo. This impacts awards, office rankings, and company rankings as solo agents would now be forced to compete with mega teams with potentially dozens of agents. This is wrong.
Let's follow the model with our systems and let solo agents heavily LEVERAGE their businesses without being forced to either 1) give away complete control of their database or 2) compete in a completely different bracket.

Website best practices all point toward having a chatbot for site visitor engagement. The conversion rates for websites with chatbots are much higher than those without. This seems to apply across website type and industry. It would be great to add this feature to our agent websites.

The Referrals Portal would be more valuable if:

Referrals seems to be an abandoned product when it is one of Command's most important products. Referrals should do the following...all VERY easy to implement:
1) include the agent's location in the referral request email so that if we keep those emails we can search our email by location to find them again.
2) include their contact info in the referral request email so we don't have to hunt it down in Command if they didn't include it.
3) upon accepting the referral, send the receiving agent to the referring agent's profile instead of the main page
Those are 3 simple ideas that would make referrals 300% more effective.

When a KW referral is accepted, the information required by Command Commissions isn't on the referral.
* Company Name/DBA
* EIN
* Office/Branch Nickname
* Legal Name
* Address
It would be helpful if all this info was submitted at the time of referral.

We have many inter-KW referrals going around in our Referral section however, there is no way to link those accepted referrals to an opportunity or Commission Request.
Not linking these two areas, are creating missed referrals being sent. Sending agents expect the MC to know about the accepted referrals and expect timely payment however, if the agent does not get the W9 and add the information into their commission request. Things are missed.Agents need a needs way to merge their accepted referrals in Command, into their opportunities and Commission requests!

Currently Zapier can create a new contact and add in all information (tags in particular) for that contact into command, but if the contact already exists the additional tags or information aren't added to the contact and a duplicate contact error is created if the phone number or address is already filled in.
Alternatively, when a new contact fails to be created because a duplicate contact exists additional information from the failed new contact creation that wasn't part of the original contact could still be added to the contact that was detected to be a duplicate.

Currently when creating a task in command you have to search for every individual contact you want to add/link to that task. Thereby creating additional work when you want to add, let's say, a follow up task for a large group of contacts. Adding Smart Views/searchable tags in the contacts link search bar within the task creation dialog would save lots of time when assigning tasks to larger groups. Since SmartView contact group selection is already a native function inside the contacts window this fix could also be achieved by adding "Create Task" to the actions drop down menu within the contacts window when selecting a SmartView group.

As a Market Center, we have plumbers and handy-people and other categories that don't fit the existing categories in the preferred vendor area of Command.
It would be good to be able to add our own categories so they show correctly when our agents start to share the preferred vendors on their own sites.

We have quite a few business partners who do not fit into any of the system generated categories in the Preferred Partners widget. An option to create additional categories and/or an option of "Other" would be extremely helpful!

I think it would be very useful if we had the ability to add a Vendor Type in the section of an Opportunity for Parties to the Transaction. This preset list may not work for everyone, also it is missing one that I feel is important, a Transaction Coordinator, or Transaction Manager.

Now that vendors are available in command MC there is no option for other. We have preferred partner's for things like painting/hvac repair/handy men and others who do not fall within the categories that are not under the vendor category. It would be great to have an "other" to include those vendors as well and not just title/mortgage etc.

An agent talked about tracking home anniversaries dates and how helpful it would be to have the closing date for every transaction be automatically added to the attached contacts. This would make tracking home anniversaries much easier on the agents and their admins and to add to home anniversaries smartplans.

This would be great for helping agents track past clients and home anniversaries dates, so the agent doesn't have to enter manually. It would pull from when the documents are through compliance and the deal is marked as closed.

It would great once home closes escrow, that the address on file for the transaction now becomes/gets added to the contact card for that client as their primary address. this will automatically update all campaings, collateral and communication.

When an opportunity gets to closing, our client usually has changed their home address; Command could offer a pop-up on listings, which presents a field for, "if applicable, enter your client's new primary address here," or for buyers, "is the property address the new primary address for your client?" And based on the user's entry, Command will update the client's Contacts address information.

Create one button to do delete in bulk tags.
I imported over 500 contacts, and it was imported wrong. Each contact has the wrong tag. Instead of labels they got imported as tags. Now I have a as many tags as II do contacts! All bad tags that takes more then 3 clicks to delete each tag.
Now what do I do? Go through my tags individually to "FIX" my import ERROR?

Within the Contacts applet, there seems to be no way to search for a dropdown option from a Custom Field. For example, I have 2 farm areas. I have a custom field called "Farm Area:" and the contact could be in either of the 2 options.
I can't use the Filter/search criteria to sort these people.
In the Custom Fields videos online, the example that keeps coming up is pie flavours. Same thing applies: If I want to know how many of each type of pie I need to get, there's no way to see the contacts who have each type.

I would like to be able to search for the Custom Fields that I created. Within the search bar and "Filters" sections (including "Advanced) this current doesn't seem possible.
Using the example that videos seem to use: if I have types of pies that clients prefer, I'd like to be able to search for all clients who like different types of pies.
Or, whether a checkbox is checked or not.
Or, a date range (I'd like to use these for closing dates for client's investment properties)
Or any of the other types of Custom Field types.
Why have custom fields if we can't search them?
Please add search functionality to be able to search by custom fields.

We have dates that are important to our clients entered as manual fields and it would be nice if we could use smartviews to sort these clients by when this date is.

BCC the agent on any saved search trigger for your clients is a vital feature to have an idea what your client is seeing and when they are seeing it. Many other CRM's offer this feature.

It is very useful when a client is searching in a broad area, there are times where the search parameters have too many listings or very few. It's extremely helpful to see the amount and type of listings per search so you can revise them if needed.

When saved searches are set up, the agent or team account also gets the same email the client gets.

Hi, I was told to come here to get a few neighborhoods added. We can start with The Dunes of Naples in Naples, FL. It's an older community, but for some reason isn't selectable on on neighborhoods search. It's 7 highrise buildings and a clubhouse. I've included screen shots so you know where it is. The neighborhood boundaries need to be adjusted so every property falls within a neighborhood. When I set up a neighborhood for a contact, I can look at the map and see where all of the neighborhood boundaries are. A good majority of homes don't fall into any of the neighborhood boundaries that are set up, and I'm talking about a metro area. I find this tool fairly useless at this point with how fragmented the neighborhoods are.

The neighborhood boundaries are awful in a lot of rural America.
Please give us the ability to draw our own neighborhoods. It looks like the hesitation from KWRI is figuring out how to have a master set of neighborhoods for the Market Center and KW.com.
This is easy. Let the Market Center adopt the boundaries from an agent that has already drawn them. This then becomes the default set of neighborhood boundaries for MC sites, KW.com, and new agents. Individual agents can then choose to use this set or draw their own. This doesn't need to be overly complex.
This is vital that we have the ability to draw our own boundaries as this is a core feature in the consumer experience. This affects the agent's ability to use the MNN, consumer app, agent sights, neighborhood snaps, saved searches, etc. Agents in rural areas are being left behind and are missing out on the tools that KW is building. Please, please, please, unlock this functionality.

Something needs to be done about the lag time between a listing going live on the MLS and it showing up on our website and in the paid ads campaigns. It's unacceptable that our listings show on Realtor and Zillow immediatley and take hours at best to show on KW sites.

Listings take much longer to submit to my KW site than they do my Brivity site I used previously, as well as all other sites such as Homes.com, Zillow, etc.

I've found the problem of having multiple MLS systems in my area that "data-share" their listings. When a home is listed for sale on one MLS it automatically gets shared to the next MLS. However, upon marking the home as Active/Backup (i.e Pending Taking Backup Offers) on one MLS there seems to be a glitch on the Command Agents Site that doubles up the listings and/or keeps the listing on the website in an Active/Backup state.
Problem is, it keeps the listing on my agent site it in that Active/Backup state long past the home actually Closing. My clients use my agent site often and have frustration with coming across homes "on the market" that Closed 1,2, or ever 3 years ago...
Apart from fixing the syndication issue, another solutions would be to add a "Report Problem with Listing" similar to the one one Zillow. The listings can then be marked correctly and/or deleted if it's a duplicate listing & we as KW agents can continue to show that we have the preferred technology platform for agents & clients alike.

other than facebook, linked in and intagram, i would like to attach files like production from other broker metrics, or from MLS websites. and the edit page of other informaiton is not user friendly and does not scroll down to allow insertion of informaiton past the family box.

We really need a cloud location within the agents file to post on boarding documents, licensing information, and any other disciplinary documents. It would support actions taken by the Principal broker and Team Leader to have it all in once space. Please please take a look at adding this to the associates tabs.

Hello, we'd like to be able to print a statement form of the actual amount to be disbursed to agent after deducting franchise fees, MC split, and philippine withholding taxes for professionals.
We'd also like to be able to upload to command for storage purposes, the BIR Form 2307 of the specific payout cos the form is the legal proof of withheld amount.
(In the philippines, before paying to a professional, the payee withholds(deducts) a 5% to 15% withholding tax to the commission depending on taxpayer status of agent (vat taxpayer vs non-vat taxpayer))
Another idea is maybe to partner with a BIR-accredited tax software provider so that commission payouts in kw command are connected to the agent's subscription to a tax software provider.
In our market center, we partnered with a tax software provider so that agents can outsource the filing to them at a discounted rate.

I know we currently have a link for the KPA, but there are many other documents that we use with our agents and the ability to have these linked to their card would be a game-changer. (for example, I have recruits enrolled in KSCORE & before I enroll them, I ask that that complete Modules 1&2 of KW Prep & send me their completed Blueprint. If I was able to keep this Blueprint stored in their Recruit "contact card" I wouldn't have to keep a separate Google file for them as well.)

It would be very helpful to have a space on the Command MC Agent Personnel files to be able to add additional docs: Jurisdictional licensing details or notices (formal letters), Association notices, Court notices, designation certificates letters-awards. This would be a MC Leadership only tab. This would be a useful accountability tool to be able to see a trend or liability.

It would be GREAT to have a folder to upload documents for an associate, since everything is digital these days. Having on-offboarding pdf files uploaded to an associate would be AWESOME FEATURE! That way Leadership can view any documents related to an associate: ICA, Cap Managements, Team Agreements, etc. It's done in Opportunites... lets get it in our associates!

I would like to have the ability to attach multiple PDFs to an Agent's or Recruit's contact card in Command MC. I want to attach their KPAs, onboarding packet, etc. Partially, so that it is easily accessible in conjunction with their needs analysis, last contact, etc. but also for the security.

Currently the mailing list function is only useful for single individuals. If you have connected spouses, it renders a label that is incorrect: Susan Apple & Bill Apple rather than Susan & Bill Apple. the only names used for the list are the those placed in the top field on the entry page.
SUGGEST
Separate Fname and Lname entries in the Db so when you connect spouses you can choose to keep last name on the mailing list or not.
Brian Williams & Bob Jones, for example NOT Brian & Bob Jones, IF they are not married or choose to keep their last names.
Also specify LEGAL name and PREFERRED name. Then move the LEGAL NAME entry under the PREFERRED NAME so that we can reference both,
For example: Kate Smith, AKA Katherine L Smith

Every time I create my mailer, I export a file using the KW Command, which typically provides names like "Minnie Mallorca and Mickey Mallorca" in one cell in a spreadsheet.
I hope we can modify it to appear as "Minnie & Mickey Mallorca", shortening the names.

Currently when you export a mailing list, Spouses come out on two different lines. The label should have both of the on it and we should not have to go through the list to merge the lines of all these contacts. Admin will not know who is married to who.

In the past, this information was added to the notes section on the contact record. The note would tell you what page the lead came from. It would be nice to auto-tag those leads with the custom page or landing page title but if that's not possible can a note be added to the contact record like the old landing pages used to do?

It would be awesome to be able to have contacts automatically tagged with custom tags of our creation when leads come in from specific landing pages. This would allow those coming from different landing pages to be added to more specific SmartPlans according to where they've discovered the agent and have better follow up!

To organize our database, we should have the option to add an automatic tag when a prospect logs in from a landing page. This will trigger our automatic smart plans and lead to a better follow up.

When leads are created from Campaigns, the number is clickable to take you to filtered results of those leads in the Contacts applet. This same functionality should apply to leads generated from Landing Pages, as we have a Leads column with the number that's NOT clickable. Right now, you have to get creative with filtering/sorting in Contacts to simply find leads that came in from a landing page.

At the moment, Non-Listing FB Ad type in Campaigns allows only single image ad. It will be great if multiple images can be advertised in Non-Listing Ad category.

Currently we are only allowed to select 4 photos per social post campaign. We would like to use this tool to post our new listings each day, and there are several days a week that our new listings exceed 4, so increasing this number, particularly coming into the spring market, would be fabulous. Also, can you allow for multiple photos to be uploaded at the same time, rather than one at a time?

Being able to "star" smartplans so your top/most used ones are at the top of the list or a way we can pick the order. Our team has a lot of smartplans for different things so it would be nice to have our main smartplans on the top of the list so our agents don't have to search through

As new SmartPlans are added / download / created, it would be great to be able to re-organize or customize this page. Maybe create buckets like "Lead Based" or "SOI Based" SmartPlans. "Holidays" as well. This way, you don't have to scroll through the list just to find what you want or see what you have set up. I guess just a more visual screen would be nice.

My Smart Plans Ordering: it would be very helpful if we could have the ability to custom vue/custom order our People Plans based on the ones we find most valuable. In other words, order the My Smart Pans so that my favorite is at the top of my list of Smart Plans.
