One Canva Account Per Market Center
Please establish one individual Canva account for each Market Center, using a Keller Williams email address (such as the MCA or Front Desk email). This ensures the account remains with the Market Center, even if personnel changes occur.
Market Centers regularly use Canva to create a wide range of materials, including training announcements, social media content, and agent recognition posts (such as cappers and monthly top performers). In addition, access to the appropriate Canva environment is essential for consistent and effective training.
Currently, many Market Centers are relying on personal Canva Pro accounts, which creates challenges. Canva Pro and Canva…

Canva + Command Database Integration for Mail Merge
Expand the existing Canva/Command integration beyond listing data to include Command database contacts. This would allow Agents to pull contact information (such as names and mailing addresses) directly into Canva for mail merge projects like postcards, newsletters, invitations, and other marketing materials. Since Command and Canva are already connected, deeper integration would eliminate manual exports, save time, and make personalized marketing much more efficient.

remove words from the suspicious
There are some words marked as suspicious that prevent saving new designs, in this case the word "Bling". Can we remove it from the block list?

Scroll down bar
I would like to suggest adding a vertical scroll bar to the My Assets section so users can easily view all images uploaded to this area. Currently, displaying a limited number of assets makes it difficult to quickly locate and select the desired image. Implementing a scroll-down feature would improve usability by allowing users to see all available images at once and seamlessly add them to a design, resulting in a more efficient and intuitive workflow.

Organize Designs Using Folders
We need to be able to save and organize designs into folders.
With so many different items (flyers, post cards, door hangars, social media, email, etc), and with multiple Smart Plans in use, I have to search through dozens of pages of designs to find the one I am looking for.
It is a waste of time and extremely frustrating because it is sometimes easy to miss the design you are looking for when looking through over 100 designs.

Update Listing Presentation
The current listing presentations available are out of date. For example, the page about the KW App claims that there is a guide available in the app. This is no longer the case and hasn't been the case for a matter of years now. It is important that what we advertise to our sellers or buyers is the correct information. We risk losing trust when we give out incorrect information.

Sharing Folders from Personal Canva to KW Canva
It would be a great feature to be able to share folders from my personal Canva account to my KW Canva account as I transition. Right now, I have to individually share dozens of different projects, and is very time consuming. Could this be something that we partner with Canva to make it easier for agents to transition to their new Canva account?

Smart Plan email editor to allow us to add a "Design" element (ie-branded signature) to bottom of simple text email
Current Limitation: When creating an email in a Smart Plan, selecting a "Design" (to add a branded signature) automatically overwrites and deletes any body text currently in the editor. There is no way to combine a simple text body with a graphical signature footer.
The Workflow Friction: Currently, agents are forced to build the entire email inside the Designs editor just to include a signature. This is inefficient because:
Data Loss: We lose work if we try to add a signature after typing.
Editing Difficulty: To make small text edits later, we have to launch the full Design Editor rather…

Make design templates convertible.
Most of the designs are social. It would be nice if you could convert them to email or other categories rather than having to redo the design. This would make our job a lot easier as some of these can be universal anyway.

Make Text Always Visible While Editing in Designs
When working in the KW Command Design editor, I’ve noticed that when I set my design text color to white (or any light color), the text in the editor itself also turns white—making it almost impossible to see or edit. It would be really helpful if the editor could default the text color to black or provide a way to make it more readable while editing, regardless of the final design color. This would make it a lot easier to make changes and avoid mistakes when working on marketing pieces. It's a small change that would go a long way…

Allow for .gif files in email designs
It would be great if our agents could incorporate .gif files into their email designs easily via the image. We have agents in our market that like the animation gif that their brokerage offers.
The added movement makes the piece seem more engaging rather than static, especially for video previews.

Add Contact City Name to Merge Fields pick list in Designs
For customization in emailed designs, the property address TOWN would be a real useful field as a merge item. I assume it would be |ContactCity| or something to that point.
Should be easy to add to the pick list, as well.
It would facilitate emails like "Hello |ContactFirstName|, here's the latest real estate newsletter for |ContactCity| :"

Allow Team Members to Edit Team Designs
As of right now there is no way for our team members to edit any designs in the team designs . It would be very helpful to allow only our team members to edit designs thorugh their team account that way we do not have to publish our designs for EVERYONE to see.
