Keller Williams thrives on collaboration. We invite you to share your ideas for new Command features and help shape the future KW technology.

To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  2. Currently you can only export 500 contacts at a time. For larger databases, the separate downloads then need to be combined. This causes duplicate mailing labels if there is a "relationship" tying two contacts together that then need to be deleted. The current 500 record limit results in extra time and work to get a clean export. Please allow a mailing label export for all records in a filter.

  4. Please allow my custom smart plan auto start on the birthday or home anniversary in their contact info. I do not want to use the KW template and its very time consuming to add each person individually to my custom smart plan every year... thank you

  5. The neighborhood boundaries are outdated and need to be updated. I am currently looking for the Jasper Highlands neighborhood in Jasper, TN and it is not showing as a neighborhood in Command even though it is listed as a neighborhood on the Nextdoor app.

  6. Currently, the location displayed for agents on their consumer profile found on kw.com is the location of their MC, NOT the location they have entered in their marketing profile. This becomes a problem when agents are part of multiple MCs and operate more out of one versus the other. The feature has been designed to display the oldest established MC, not which MC the agent joined first but the oldest MC. There are instances where the agent barely does any business in the location of the oldest MC they are part of, which causes their profile to look misleading. This…

  7. I would like a map search function in Command, similar to what is in MLS's and home search apps. So that if I have a Listing at 123 Main St, I can draw a circle around that address, and it will show me everyone I have in my Database who is within that search area so I can contact them specifically about my Listing. Or Farming, or mailers, or any other numerous options to find my contacts by geographic areas.

  8. Current Issue:
    At present, service areas in Command are determined solely by past closings (Rolling 12 months). This creates a major pain point for agents—especially top producers and independent brokerages transitioning to KW—because:

    It misrepresents service areas – Just because an agent has closed a one-off deal in a certain location doesn’t mean they actively serve that area.

    It limits visibility in the Referral Applet – Agents who are new to KW or have past experience in other brokerages cannot showcase their true service areas until they build a closing history within KW. This is frustrating for top agents and…

  9. Allow for Custom Dates to be added to an opportunity. For example, we often do exterior and interior photography on different days. So it would be great to be able to add custom dates and then use those as smart due date triggers for tasks.

  11. Team members cannot view the Keller Williams Library when they are in their team account in Smart Plans. They can only see these when they are in their own profile and not the team profile unless they have enhanced permissions.

  12. For larger teams, we run into a lot of cases where a member of the team adds someone to their contacts, only to see the contact already exists in the team database. Our current workaround is telling the second agent to add the contact to their personal database, but then they can not leverage the team's SmartPlans, create team opportunities, the contact is not visible to the team, etc. We would love to have our agents operate solely out of their team account, but this snag makes it nearly impossible.

  14. Allow the Transaction Coordinator (licensed or unlicensed) to be added to multiple agent's Command in order to manage multiple agents transactions. This will prevent password sharing.

  15. Do no limit the access to use HTML builders and Iframe to customize KW Websites. This feature is highly sought after and used by hundreds of agents. This feature has been a significant reason why agents are using the KW Website and not an outside source. Many agents have disabled their paid websites for the KW website because of the HTML builder where they can build their own custom pages.

  16. It would be helpful if there was a way to adjust the viewing of contact notes so it's not just one large paragraph. We reach out to our clients and keep track by date and start a new line for each date but when we look at the notes, it's all one paragraph vs being sorted by date even if we start a new line so they are all separate.

    An option such as bullet points that can list things out within a single note would help in keeping things organized better.

  17. The new contingencies feature becomes non-accessible once the Commission Tab is pulled in by the MC. This results in agents receiving contingency emails, even for an opportunity that has closed with a closed commission status.

We need a 'history' field when registering the listing in Command, this field must show all changes made to the listing, from changing a word to changing the value or availability, everything that happens in the 'life' of the listing must be displayed in a timeline. Another improvement would be the possibility of manually including a note in this timeline field, so that, for example, when an agent speaks to the property owner to check if everything is still alright, but there is nothing to be changed in the registration, the agent can record that the listing was updated and…
