To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

Since the MC Intranet websites were discontinued, agents have lost the ability to send mass emails to their Market Center peers - a tool they used to share listings, buyer needs, vendor recommendations, event promotions, etc. To restore this important connectivity, Command should include a feature that allows agents to send mass emails within their own Market Center without having to manually add the Market Center roster to their contacts, as agents may not know who is new to the Market Center or who has left.

  2. Compose AI- Ability to have AI provide a text, email, or conversation guides for calls based on contact information, notes, social, etc. This would be great in Command and Command MC.

  3. Hi Team,

    I'm writing to express concern about the limited functionality of Gemini Pro within our system at KW. When it was first released, our agents had access to a variety of features that were incredibly popular and are now no longer available.

    Some of the most missed features include:

    Staging photos of vacant properties

    Prompts to create images and flyers for social media

    Prompts to generate videos

  4. Per the product team, currently, there isn't an option to select specific dates when it comes to showing activity reports results.

    "this week" means 8 days ago. If today is May 6, 2025, then 8 days ago would be April 28, 2025.

    "last week" mean 14 days ago. Using the same reference date of May 6, 2025, that would place "last week" on April 22, 2025.

    Users would like to select a specific date range.

  5. Open the Canva/KW Enterprise account to allow a personal brand kit for teams. Canva Pro account offers an brand kit and if we are going to switch over to the enterprise account, we need to be able to design freely with both the KW logos and brand information as well as our own team branding.

  6. The neighborhood boundaries are outdated and need to be updated. I am currently looking for the Jasper Highlands neighborhood in Jasper, TN and it is not showing as a neighborhood in Command even though it is listed as a neighborhood on the Nextdoor app.

  7. Currently you can only export 500 contacts at a time. For larger databases, the separate downloads then need to be combined. This causes duplicate mailing labels if there is a "relationship" tying two contacts together that then need to be deleted. The current 500 record limit results in extra time and work to get a clean export. Please allow a mailing label export for all records in a filter.

  10. When searching for a referral partner, there currently isn’t a way to view their biography until the referral invitation has been accepted by either party. We would like to request the ability to view an agent’s biography prior to sending or accepting a referral invitation, as this would help us make more informed decisions when selecting a partner.

  11. It would be highly valuable if Command could incorporate functionality similar to what Delta Media Group currently offers—direct MLS integration. Specifically, when a listing event occurs (such as a new listing, price change, open house, or status update), the system could automatically generate a corresponding post for the agent’s connected social media accounts. Ideally, these posts would be created within Campaigns for simple one-click approval. This would ensure agents remain fully compliant while significantly reducing the time and effort required to manage their marketing.   12. The branch nickname of cobrokers and referral agents is pulling onto DAs instead of the name of the brokerage. This is causing confusion for agents, title companies and MCAs. Agents will put N/A in the branch nickname and it is printed on the DA. Please change the field where the DA is pulling the cobroker info.

  13. We’d like to suggest a change to how the AI Summary appears in contact profiles within KW Command.

    Currently, the summary automatically generates and takes up a large portion of the screen whenever we view a contact’s profile. This behavior is frustrating and disruptive, especially when we're trying to quickly review a contact’s timeline or call notes. The summary often displays irrelevant or redundant information, and it’s not something we asked to see every time.

  15. Please ask the agent this question instead of us. This would be helpful so we can get the data in our market center on what is canceling and why. We do not always have the time to call and ask our agents even though we would love to.

    This would also hopefully help stop them from terminating a transaction they are trying to change information on if they input something wrong.

  17. I'd like to be able to edit a past activity--for example when I send a text I enter it in activities. Would be great to be able to go back to that activity and update it with comments from the conversation that happens later instead of having to make a new activity.

  18. So I have come across a really interesting AI product. It's called housewhisper.ai. What it does:

    Interaction through text, phone call, or voice memo—no apps or logins needed. It acts as a virtual assistant you speak with naturally.

    Updates your CRM, schedules appointments, sets reminders, and sends follow-ups as if you had a live assistant.

  19. Filter contacts based on those that have or do not have opportunities. I am cleaning up my database and want to bulk archive many contacts, and I want to focus on the ones that do not have opportunities attached.
