See if contact is opening email from the Contact Page
It would be great to see if a contact is opening or clicking on emails (for each email sent) from inside their contact.

Yes, would love this feature! It would help so much. I’d like the ability to prioritize people who are actually opening my weekly emails, while only sending monthly emails to those who are not engaging. This would not only help me stay within the email sending limits, but also allow me to better track my “warm” leads and check in with them more effectively.

Getting email analytics to see what contacts are doing with the emails is critical for a CRM. Please add this functionality as soon as possible.

I posted a similar request last year. We had the ability to see this when we had the Market Leader CRM and it helped me determine who to follow up quickly when they were engaging with my content.

It helps open conversation--if you can see that they clicked into an email then you can ask if they have any questions, etc.
