SmartPlan Indicators Current, Past, & Unsubscribed
This is an old idea I'm bringing back.
Within SmartPlans there is more than just one eye displaying who's on it.
Include one for any contact that completed it and another one for any contact that unsubscribed.Link to visual example

We need for merge tags for email & texts
We need more Merge Tag options.
ex 1: We can not effectively make a smartplan with email steps that is ready to use by the next agent after it has been published. if we had merge tags for agent phone number, office name, office address, and agent email address this would make the process much easier for teams and published smartplans.
ex 2: we have the home valuation tool on the agent websites. If that has been added there should be a merge tag available to link to that page. So if someone publishes a smartplan to drive traffic there…

Date-Based Smartplans
I would love for there to be an option for date based SmartPlans. Where you can excluded weekends or even trigger SmartPlans to happen on certain days. For example similar to the birthday plan and home anniversary plan, have where you can do a wedding anniversary smartplan or even on certain holidays have it trigger that way you don't have to remember to set it up X amount of days before the holiday.

Use our actual KW email addresses instead of the "agent99999@mailer.kw.com" when we send out marketing emails. The person would more easily recognize who its from and this would help avoid having our emails go to the recipient's spam folder.

allow custom smart plan to use birthday information from a Contact’s details
Please allow my custom smart plan auto start on the birthday or home anniversary in their contact info. I do not want to use the KW template and its very time consuming to add each person individually to my custom smart plan every year... thank you

The ability to send letters and postcards from Smartplans
CRMS like Lofty allows letters or postcards to be sent directly from Smartplans. This will be a huge improvements to Smartplans and of course should be able to select from Designs

bi-weekly open rates or Notifications
it would be great if we can actually see the open rate of each smart plan. So that we can track the number of emails sent versus the open rate versus the click rate.

Add Merge Fields for Agent Information
When creating SmartPlans under a team account when adding a task or call action add the ability to add agent information merge fields so we can put complete scripts in the task description box. Right now the only merge fields for these actions are contact based.

Monthly neighborhood nurture needs to be updated. We need to be able to add more subdivisions.
Monthly nurture neighborhood needs to be updated. This is a key way to stay in touch with our past clients and future clients need to be able to input new subdivisions. .........Per KW Our developers are aware this data is now becoming outdated and they are investigating ways to accurate acquire neighborhood information from other data providers.

We desperately need the ability to suspend smart plans from executing on holidays.
For example, if I have a smart plan that routinely sends out text messages on a Thursday, I'd like the option to skip Thanksgiving, and have the texts sent the following day instead. I'm sure I upset a lot of people yesterday by bothering them on the holiday. It'd be great if we could have this ability available by Christmas! Thank you for your consideration!

Download list of contacts that clicked smartplan link.
download a list of my contacts that clicked on the link within my SmartPlan. Those are ideal follow up calls, and right now you have to manually write down the Email address and individually search the database. We need the ability to download the list of contacts, with complete contact information, that opened an Email or clicked on a link in an Email.

auto save smartplans as they are being created
As the smartplan is being created, it should also auto save. There is nothing worse that to spend an hour crafting something amazing, have the Internet go down, or have to leave the screen to do something else, and come back and the whole smart plan you just created is gone!!

Importing SmartPlans Using JSON files
With the innovative ChatGPT and other AI models able to help create importable SmartPlans using JSON files, it would be amazing if Command is able to import them into our libraries. This would save agents tons of time if this were made an option It would also help the adoption rate for Keller Williams Command Product.

Cumberland Subdivison
It would be helpful if Command included a feature allowing users to submit missing neighborhoods for review and inclusion. Currently, some subdivisions, like Cumberland, do not appear in search results. In cases where a neighborhood might have been previously listed under a different name (e.g., Wagner Farms), users have no way to request a correction or update.
By adding a "Request Missing Neighborhood" button, users could easily report missing areas, ensuring more accurate and up-to-date mapping in Command. This would improve usability for agents relying on precise neighborhood searches.
Would love to see this implemented!

Transaction Plans
SmartPlans have been created as "people" plans... keeping in touch with our people. I'm currently trying to connect Opportunities-Checklists with SmartPlans to create a hybrid Transaction Plan, where tasks are performed, some automatically through SmartPlans and some tasks are manual and individually done by team members through the checklists. Currently, though, only checklist items are allowed to "time" them to be done Before/After a Smart Date. We need this ability in SmartPlans also so we can time the SmartPlans within our Opportunity Phases and Stages.

flow chart if/then smartplans automation
agent would like smartplans to would more like https://keap.com/ on keap they use an if/then mapping chart, so that if very specific interactions happen then it will change the flow of the plan as needed. so like our remove triggers but wayyy more in depth

You know how, when we send a Smart Plan via email, there's a report that shows who received it and who opened it—so we can track who's interested? It would be really helpful if we had something similar for text messages sent through Twilio. Ideally, we could see tracking information—like who opened the message—directly beneath the text when we're sending it.
