Support Chat Box
When Agents or admins engage in the "Chat with Support" option, the chat box is directly tied to the Command page it was opened on. If the agent refreshes or moves from this page before they are done with the chat support, the chatbox closes. The progress is sometimes lost or you receive an email with the support transcript.
This causes frustrations with the Command user as they will have to restart the chat and repeat any of the details provided. This also opens redundant and partial tickets to the Support chat staff.It would be ideal if the chatbox…

Emails sent from desktop or other device be logged into Command in the contacts Timeline
It helps us stay on top of our contacts and quickly see what we last talked about. We shouldn't have to pay for another service if we already are paying for KW Command as a CRM.

Leadership Role Specific KW Emails
There needs to be a review on KWRI allowing leadership role specific emails to be created for the market center. Not just the MCA or front desk. There needs to be one for MCTT's, PC's, TL's, ATL's, Compliance, etc. This will relieve headaches of when people leave the role. I don't understand why this isn't a thing now. Please change this so that the Market center owns these emails and all communication within these emails so when the roles are filled with someone new, they can pick up where things left off for that role. Twilio Texts from Team Contacts to Register as Duplicate (Do Not Create Personal Contact)
Recently, I submitted a support ticket on this issue where contacts in my team account are directly texting me a question to my twilio number (because I had them save it as a direct form of contact), and it is creating a new contact in my personal command with the phone # as the name. It would be very beneficial on many accounts to have Twillio integration available in CommandMC. There are many factors like recruiting or KSCORE, where sending out texts would be invaluable and save time in the day.

Email Notifications for Incoming Twilio Texts
Have the availability to have an email notification for Twilio text messages. Currently you only get a desktop notification, phone notification, and a push notification. Those only work if you are logged into command. The Command app in notorious (at least to me) for logging me out without notice and when this happens there's not a way to know that text messages are coming through. We'd just like the ability to also turn on email notifications.

Option to Unsubscribe from One, Many, or All SmartPlans
I am currently on a KWIR smart plan and I want to unsubscribe from just this one. I don't want to unsubscribe from all.
I imagine that consumers might appreciate that option as well (such as a neighbourhood drip when they move to a new neighbourhood but still stay on their current neighbourhood drip or birthday plan.) Thank you!

Show Twilio Unsubscribe Status
As an agent I need to be able to quickly see which of my contacts have unsubscribed from text messages so I can change my approach to communication with them or remove them from other forms of communication. It would be intuitive to have this info located in the Texts & Calls tab of the Reports applet.

When Showing is Confirmed, Send Automatic Email with MLS Information and Documents
Our largest competitor in the Milwaukee market is fully connected to our MLS. One of the things our agents are finding very helpful is that once they are confirmed for a showing with one of their agents, they receive an auto email confirming that showing along with listing details and the MLS documents attached to that email.
Is it possible to have our MLS connected to Command / KWLS so that a similar process occurs for Keller Williams' agents? I'm assuming it would need to be connected to the Showing service (i.e. Aligned Showings or ShowingTime) + our Metro Milwaukee…

Manual Unsubscribe Contacts from Twilio Texts
When a contact replies with a sentence explaining why they want to stop, then it does not recognize the request to unsubscribe because it is not a single word "stop". I reply asking contact to reply with just the single word "stop". Not all do this so I need a way to unsubscribe them manually to ensure I don't send communication inadvertantly

Notifications for Individual Tasks Due
Currently, command mobile only sends out a task summary push notification for the day. Example: "You have 5 tasks due today and 10 tasks overdue"....
Would love to have a task push notification go out for individual tasks that are due by a specific time. Example: "Send Bob a confirmation call/text to confirm your meeting at 2:30pm today. Due at 10am"

Clearer Errors & Actions for Invalid Emails
currently whenever there is a discrepancy with an invalid email Support have to escalate each case. the user cannot see the reason code for why it is invalid. Support team cant go into mail gun to review past error to see if its a full block or something dev can clear. Then issue is escalated to dev team to check the reason and unblock the email if possible. if there was clearer wording for user or a button they could press to contest validity to have the email checked and cleared? (that sounds a bit fancy).
