email campaigns adding archived contacts
When you create am email list for an email campaign, you can load all the contacts from you database for that list you are creating. This system is ALSO pulling archived contacts into that email list. If you select all to add to your email campaign you are including archived contacts in that list. The system will see those archived contacts, to the list but will not send emails to them due to being in the contact archive. Allow 2+ Contacts Per Opportunity
Right now you can only have 2 contacts assigned to any particular opportunity. However with the increase in Polyamourous, multigenerational and Parents helping Kids I would like to be able to attach more than 2 contacts to the opportunity. 3-4 contacts may be a decent amount as anything above that may be rare.

Customize Default Rainmaker on Team Sites
Under the Organization Site in the Agent or Rainmaker section on Team Sites, I would love to see where you can add either multiple IDs or leave it blank. Agents that are husband/wife teams or 2 solo agents but combined as a team want to have a Team Website but for the Rainmaker contact information have it set to where it shows both agents name instead of just one or the other and there is currently no option to do that.

Provide the ability to export lists of unsubscribed and undeliverables
It would be so nice to be able to download a csv of:
- Those who have unsubscribed
- Those emails that can't be delivered
The format in the Reports (Email) section is not terribly helpful/useful.

Add Multiple Documents to One Checklist Item
The ability to add more than one document per item in the compliance checklist. The current workaround at the moment is to create a duplicate checklist or have the MCA create multiple items for the same document.

Allow Custom Date Ranges for Reports Results
In "Reports / Reports" Allow the option to choose a custom range of dates, or rolling 12 mo, 6mo, etc! This has caused several agents and teams some grief when trying to generate specific reports.

Show Twilio Unsubscribe Status
As an agent I need to be able to quickly see which of my contacts have unsubscribed from text messages so I can change my approach to communication with them or remove them from other forms of communication. It would be intuitive to have this info located in the Texts & Calls tab of the Reports applet.

Add Home Valuation to Agent Site Homepage
Now that the full options for modules are released, agents would like the ability to add other kinds of modules to the homepage or default pages of their sites. In particular, agents focused on sellers rather than buyers would like to be able to replace or supplement the home search function with the home valuation module.

Clearer Errors & Actions for Invalid Emails
currently whenever there is a discrepancy with an invalid email Support have to escalate each case. the user cannot see the reason code for why it is invalid. Support team cant go into mail gun to review past error to see if its a full block or something dev can clear. Then issue is escalated to dev team to check the reason and unblock the email if possible. if there was clearer wording for user or a button they could press to contest validity to have the email checked and cleared? (that sounds a bit fancy).

Show Profit Share Reports in Command
Profit share reports are now maintained on My KW. Since Retirees don't have access to Command, they will need another way to access this information when reports move over to Command.

Make "Closed Date" in Opportunity Details Typeable
When going back and closing opportunities that closed previously but were not moved to the closed phase, the way to set the closed date is only to cycle by month until you find the date, and if it's from past years, the popup calendar doesn't state what year you're in. (Example; was closing out an agents files from 2020 and had to scroll through 28 pages of the months to find the correct one, but had no indication of what year I was grabbing from)

Please add in an i icon to the Kelle Guide for Setting Goals on what Cost of Sales & expenses are! This helps agents who have not read MREA or taking Business Planning Clinic understand these fields better to then configure those amounts to complete the Kelle Guide faster.

Add New Email Design Templates
Hi! Please provide new Email Design Templates to attract sellers. The current design templates are 2 years old. We, agents, need marketing email designs that support current market conditions, and provide more options in general. This would help me to use Command to support the MREA's suggestion of 33 touchpoints to convert, instead of using outside sources.
