To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Add the ability for agents to see their own production reports in Command. They need to be able to see their production by month, year, and total (especially for year-end tax information).

  2. Right now you can only have 2 contacts assigned to any particular opportunity. However with the increase in Polyamourous, multigenerational and Parents helping Kids I would like to be able to attach more than 2 contacts to the opportunity. 3-4 contacts may be a decent amount as anything above that may be rare.

  3. Under the Organization Site in the Agent or Rainmaker section on Team Sites, I would love to see where you can add either multiple IDs or leave it blank. Agents that are husband/wife teams or 2 solo agents but combined as a team want to have a Team Website but for the Rainmaker contact information have it set to where it shows both agents name instead of just one or the other and there is currently no option to do that.

  4. include in Command that the tag search engine shows results when entering any letter of the tag and not only the initial of the tag.

  5. When you create am email list for an email campaign, you can load all the contacts from you database for that list you are creating. This system is ALSO pulling archived contacts into that email list. If you select all to add to your email campaign you are including archived contacts in that list. The system will see those archived contacts, to the list but will not send emails to them due to being in the contact archive. I would love for the system to just not add any archived contacts to any campaign including email campaigns. There is a…

  7. The ability to add more than one document per item in the compliance checklist. The current workaround at the moment is to create a duplicate checklist or have the MCA create multiple items for the same document.

As an agent I need to be able to quickly see which of my contacts have unsubscribed from text messages so I can change my approach to communication with them or remove them from other forms of communication. It would be intuitive to have this info located in the Texts & Calls tab of the Reports applet.

  9. The ability to download all documents from an opportunity to a single PDF file is useful and should be implemented.

  11. It would be so nice to be able to download a csv of:

    • Those who have unsubscribed
    • Those emails that can't be delivered

    The format in the Reports (Email) section is not terribly helpful/useful.

  12. Now that the full options for modules are released, agents would like the ability to add other kinds of modules to the homepage or default pages of their sites. In particular, agents focused on sellers rather than buyers would like to be able to replace or supplement the home search function with the home valuation module.

I am a TC for our team and we are trying to switch over to Command from Brivity but I would need the ability to create smart plans to take us from contract to close or outline the steps of preparing a house for sale and going live on the market. With Brivity, I have the ability to set up custom tasks based on time frames. For example... We get a property under contract today. I enter all of the contract info and dates.   14. In "Reports / Reports" Allow the option to choose a custom range of dates, or rolling 12 mo, 6mo, etc! This has caused several agents and teams some grief when trying to generate specific reports.

  15. There is some technology that is set to come out from a lead source that uses AI to analyze multiple public data sets to guess the likelihood of homeowners making a move: date of last move, mortgage balance, equity left/built in the home, neighborhood activity, etc. This could be leveraged to better scope out/implement farming or other marketing techniques in certain neighborhoods. The program gives estimates of their likelihood to move, with breakdowns and reasons as to why.

  16. Profit share reports are now maintained on My KW. Since Retirees don't have access to Command, they will need another way to access this information when reports move over to Command.

  17. currently whenever there is a discrepancy with an invalid email Support have to escalate each case. the user cannot see the reason code for why it is invalid. Support team cant go into mail gun to review past error to see if its a full block or something dev can clear. Then issue is escalated to dev team to check the reason and unblock the email if possible. if there was clearer wording for user or a button they could press to contest validity to have the email checked and cleared? (that sounds a bit fancy).

  20. When going back and closing opportunities that closed previously but were not moved to the closed phase, the way to set the closed date is only to cycle by month until you find the date, and if it's from past years, the popup calendar doesn't state what year you're in. (Example; was closing out an agents files from 2020 and had to scroll through 28 pages of the months to find the correct one, but had no indication of what year I was grabbing from)
