Keller Williams thrives on collaboration. We invite you to share your ideas for new Command features and help shape the future KW technology.

To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. With the new password verification code requirements, I have transaction coordinators who are struggling to get into their agents' accounts. This is because the verification codes are getting sent to the agents' personal emails. Some kind of resolution for TCs to have an easier time getting into their agents' accounts with the new verification codes feature would be great.

  3. For the new Multi-Factor Authentication, instead of email, it would be great to have the option to get a code sent to your phone instead of your recovery email.

  5. With the marketing profile being pretty important for your public profiles, it’s pretty well hidden where agents can’t really find it. I suggest adding it to the menu where you click on your name and having a marketing profile button there instead of hidden in Connect settings.

  6. At current, it seems that KW emails do not have access to Google Ads. I believe that this access would be beneficial for agents, as it would allow another avenue for advertising. I suggest that this option become available through one's KW email.

  8. As a MCTT, I've noticed with a lot of agents that it can get very confusing on where they need to put in information to go on their Consumer sites. I have a lot of people that update their bio and headshots in the My Profile section and then wonder why it's not updating anywhere because it's hard to find the Marketing Profile and no where really explains the difference between the two. It would also be great to add a button on the Consumer tab that takes you to your Marketing Profile so it's also easier to find as…

  10. Update the languages spoken options in the "My Profile" section to include Taiwanese! An agent in my office was looking to update his languages and notified me this was not an option.

  11. Let agents edit their own license expiration date. It's something they can see on their profile but can only notify the office to change on their behalf. This is kind of a pain for the MCA to constantly update in the system if an agent can easily update the info themselves

  12. Giving tools like this to the KW Commercial agents, it seems, the other agents, Colliers has better tools, Mapbox and 3D tools to search, VS just a discount for the ARCGIS Pro with 1 option of Business anaylycs tool.

  13. Please make Bulk delete contact tag in command settings. If someone accidentally chooses to allow a cateogry to upload as a new custom tag when uploading a spreadsheet they may end up with hundreds of custom tags in their drop down lists. Then to delete the custom made tag they have to delete each one individually in command settings instead of a bulk delete option.

  14. For how important this tab is, it should not be very deep in settings under four different drop-downs. It should be just under the persons name next to settings on the command main portal..

  15. The legal footer in email designs requires a license number, but that field isn't required on the marketing profile, so agents sometimes do not have it filled out and hit an error. Requiring this in the Marketing Profile will decrease the amount of agents hitting this error in email designs.

  16. The Marketing Profile information section at the top reads like this: Marketing Profile will help you create marketing content easier and faster. Check what do you want to include in the Marketing Profile Template and reuse on different materials. Data is automatically taken from your profile, but you can edit any option needed - this won't affect and change your regular profile information.

    "Check what do you want to include in" does not make sense.

  17. Clarify license type in footer in email templates. In NY, they only have to put in the license type, not the license number

  19. The logo within designs needs to be updated. It is the "3D" logo that the Board did not approve of Directors. It needs to be replaced with the appropriate trademark guidelines.

  20. When working to clean up my tag database, I found it to be pretty annoying to have to reapply how many tags I can see at one time after editing or deleted a tag; after making any change the page refreshes and causes the amount of tags seen to default back to 10 at a time. I had a lot of changes to make and this was one reoccurring step that just made the whole process drag way more then it needed to.
