To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. Current Issue:
    At present, service areas in Command are determined solely by past closings (Rolling 12 months). This creates a major pain point for agents—especially top producers and independent brokerages transitioning to KW—because:

    It misrepresents service areas – Just because an agent has closed a one-off deal in a certain location doesn’t mean they actively serve that area.

    It limits visibility in the Referral Applet – Agents who are new to KW or have past experience in other brokerages cannot showcase their true service areas until they build a closing history within KW. This is frustrating for top agents and…

  2. Allow agents to easily tracker referral information in Opportunities so that they can easily submit the commission information for referral agents.

  3. Being able to add a referral agent in my network to my contacts so that I can add them to a campaign or be able to mass email my referral network

  4. Referral Filters are limited to KW Specializations and Production numbers. Many times agents need to find someone who speaks a certain language or specializes in waterfront properties or ADA compliant homes, etc. Allowing more filters that would pull information that is stored within White Pages would help improve the types of Referrals being received and requested

  7. The associate does not want rental numbers included in their average deal sized for their referral profile.

  8. I want to be able to archive, change, or delete referrals that I receive or send. Sometimes, the receiving agent leaves KW and does not close a referral after the closing, or the client chooses another option. Being able to clean up my referral page will be most helpful. It causes anxiety for me to see all of the referrals that are either closed, expired, or should just be updated and deleted.

  9. The Referrals Portal would be more valuable if:

    1. The contact information went directly to the CRM portion of Command with the opportunity to apply SmartPlans, tags to keep in touch as well as areas served.
    2. Both KW and out-of-brokerage agents could be added.
    3. Once the referral is accepted, an Opportunity is created.

  10. When working in referrals add agent name to the filters so we can see all deals by agents.

  11. Add the ability to search and add KW World Wide Agents/Offices to the referral network and/or portal.

  13. When trying to build up a referral network, agents would like to have testimonial information or a rating system from other agents to show up in the Referral Agent Card. Many agents build their business based on their customer service and they want to connect with like minded agents. It's hard to find this information without doing an exhaustive search outside of Command.

  15. We have agents that have moved into the referral group and are showing up in the Active Referral Pattern. They are not allowed to practice real estate so it makes sense to be able to remove them and from our end.

  18. When a referral transaction closes, the agents must submit the referral form to compliance to receive the payment. Right now, we are missing a feature that just clicking a button will download the agreement to be submitted to the MC.

    My suggestion is for KWRI to create a download PDF form tab in the referrals session of Command to make this process easy for agents. It would be even more amazing if there was a button that allows the agent to create opportunities from the referrals session.

  19. It would be great if Rainmakers can route incoming referrals to other agents on the team. Especially for married teams!

  20. Link an agent's pre-loaded W9 to each outgoing referral they make. This is helpful from the administrative side because it would make the process of payment faster, prevent DA hold-ups while awaiting W9's to be sent, and would prevent the additional time to chase them down.
