Streamline Referral Applet
- Allow sending agents to hide or archive old referrals. Currently if a receiving agent does not close out the referral, it will stay on the sending agents log, taking up space on active referrals and cluttering the system.
- Set a 24hr time frame to award a broadcast referral after the response deadline has closed. Currently, a agent sending a broadcast referral sets a timeframe for responses and has to award the referral in that time frame. **Allow Command Referrals to be submitted without an email (phone-only) and improve fields for seller referrals**
Command Referrals currently requires a customer email and a “new destination” even for seller referrals. Allow referrals to be created/sent with phone number only (email optional) and adjust required fields so seller referrals can be submitted with limited lead info.

View Referral Bio Before Sending or Accepting Invitation
When searching for a referral partner, there currently isn’t a way to view their biography until the referral invitation has been accepted by either party. We would like to request the ability to view an agent’s biography prior to sending or accepting a referral invitation, as this would help us make more informed decisions when selecting a partner.

User Defined Service Areas in Referrals Profile
Current Issue:
At present, service areas in Command are determined solely by past closings (Rolling 12 months). This creates a major pain point for agents—especially top producers and independent brokerages transitioning to KW—because:It misrepresents service areas – Just because an agent has closed a one-off deal in a certain location doesn’t mean they actively serve that area.
It limits visibility in the Referral Applet – Agents who are new to KW or have past experience in other brokerages cannot showcase their true service areas until they build a closing history within KW. This is frustrating for top agents and…

True Production numbers for Transfer agents in the KW Referral network
When searching for a referral it should show true production numbers for agents not just what they have done with KW. When we have transfer agents come onboard that are top producers it is showing there production at 0. This is a miss when it comes to recruiting.

Add System Tags to Clearly Identify Referral Status in "My Referrals"
In the "My Referrals" section, referrals should be automatically assigned a system tag based on their status. For example, referrals marked as Lost should have a "Lost" tag. Currently, when viewing All referrals, there’s no clear way to identify which ones are Lost, Pending, Active, Funded, Expired/Canceled, or Rejected. Adding visible status tags would help quickly distinguish each referral’s status.

Update Referrals Filters
Referral Filters are limited to KW Specializations and Production numbers. Many times agents need to find someone who speaks a certain language or specializes in waterfront properties or ADA compliant homes, etc. Allowing more filters that would pull information that is stored within White Pages would help improve the types of Referrals being received and requested

Change, Delete, Archive Sent/Received Referrals
I want to be able to archive, change, or delete referrals that I receive or send. Sometimes, the receiving agent leaves KW and does not close a referral after the closing, or the client chooses another option. Being able to clean up my referral page will be most helpful. It causes anxiety for me to see all of the referrals that are either closed, expired, or should just be updated and deleted.

Send Received Referral information to Contacts
The Referrals Portal would be more valuable if:
- The contact information went directly to the CRM portion of Command with the opportunity to apply SmartPlans, tags to keep in touch as well as areas served.
- Both KW and out-of-brokerage agents could be added.
- Once the referral is accepted, an Opportunity is created.

Create Referral Agreement PDF from Accepted Referral
When a referral transaction closes, the agents must submit the referral form to compliance to receive the payment. Right now, we are missing a feature that just clicking a button will download the agreement to be submitted to the MC.
My suggestion is for KWRI to create a download PDF form tab in the referrals session of Command to make this process easy for agents. It would be even more amazing if there was a button that allows the agent to create opportunities from the referrals session.
