Track Referrals in Opportunities
Allow agents to easily tracker referral information in Opportunities so that they can easily submit the commission information for referral agents.

Yes! Please make a way for referrals to be included in Opportunities - as it doesn't pull in the commissions from referrals to offset what you put in for your goal in the Goals section. Why bother filling out the goal, if its not going to show all my referrals I got paid on! Most of my transactions are referrals, so I never show how close I am to my goal as its not pulling the referral data.
Also, as a solo agent that does deals with other solo agents in the office, none of that shows up towards my goal, if the opportunity was under the other agent and not me. There is no way to share an opportunity and split it, so its under both agents accounts. So it messes up the tracking for the agent that doesn't have it in their opportunities. -

Please Please Please help make the referral process easier! Why is it that we can accept and send referrals through Command but it doesn't communicate with the MCA office so that we don't have to do a separate referral form along with W-9 etc. to process the referral. If all the referral details are in the referral section within Command, why do we have to do double the work and more paperwork. With the KW to KW referrals the MC contact info and W-9's etc. should all be in the systems and MCA's should be able to access all that info on the back end and we should be able to create an opportunity directly from the referral section within command that would also notify the referring agent that the referral is being processed and either listed or under contract. This is now a must add for our office as we are having to submit our Referral docs into our opportunities as a regular buyer or seller and it is messes with our reporting numbers for actual transactions handled. In addition to providing more insight for our office to keep track of documents and checks.
Another consideration is the KW Referrals tracking only works with KW Agents and not all referrals are handled by a KW Agent. So being able to manually track the referrals in opportunities would be helpful. Especially when paired with the Smart Plans and the new ability to use smart dates.

A referral opportunity type is needed. Agents that have sent a referral to another office need a place to upload referral documents to Command. Additionally, they should be able to submit a referral commission request. This information would help us identify who the referral check is for, since they typically arrive at the office with only a property address. If the agents were able to create a referral opportunity and enter the details for the referral, this would help us match everything up for them.

Makes sense, especially with winmore starting to be out of the picture, and for a spot for agents to upload referral agreements, also commissions are no relevant, just the percentage of the commission. Also helpful when agents are with teams.

To let it be linked to the referral portal, right know there is not a tanigable way for the agent to communicate with the MC about a referral incoming without a separate system created by the MC.

Right now our MCA team is having to recreate all referral offers/transactions to get incoming referral checks paid out to agents. It would be amazing and extremely helpful if the agent could select the sale type as a referral themselves.

Can we please add an Opportunity Option for an Incoming Referral (Listings, Buyers, Leases, REFERRALS... We require documentation from our agents and they currently have no where to put it because they cannot create a Referral Opportunity - and it can't be reviewed by compliance within Command.
