    This is so important and is critical to basic functions where you are filtering ponds of 10000 agents. I need to know New Agents who are dual career (AND filter) or Cappers who have a team.

    I also need exclusion filters.

    We are still hoping for a fix for this as we are seeing more and more emails landing in Spam and in our Silicon Valley centered market center, our agents are struggling to find why this is the solution our CRM is using.

    I know adding a whole HTML email editor is a huge ask due to it needing a whole program/applet. What I would love to see is the ability to send html emails. Most of our market centers have the ability to create html emails in other apps that we already pay for, if we could take that html and just load it into the smartplan, it would be so helpful.
