An error occurred while saving the comment Brianna Flynn commentedI agree that this should be a standard report, but just so everyone knows this is possible with a custom report. Create a custom report and add the rows Agent Name, KWUID, Total GCI, Total Units and Total Price Closed. Ensure there are no other rows. Then in the filters, ensure it is only the market center you want and then filter CLOSED PERIOD and CLOSED DATE by Year and select this year.

Could you tell us more about how long this grace period would be for? We would need to make sure it does not pass the end of the current month if we were to implement.
How would you expect the re-onboarding process to look if we were to implement this?
An error occurred while saving the comment Brianna Flynn commentedThis I think would need to be up to 90 days and I think would be incredibly helpful. Maybe only do it for certain agents. When top agents leave, they may have several transactions still open with the market center if they have a pending that isn't worth transferring for them. They still need to be able to access their files so they can upload documents.
For agents who do choose to come back within a short period of time, this would be nice as well. But I would think a button to reactivate without having them to fill everything out would suffice.

An error occurred while saving the comment Brianna Flynn commentedThis is so important for diverse market centers. In our area, most agents go by a Chinese name and an American name. This is the case for about 90% of the agents in one of my market centers. Search by legal name would be so helpful.

Where would you expect to see these custom fields in the Associate record? Would it be on a specific tab, on the left sidebar, etc? Where would you set up these custom fields (ex: in the Admin Applet)? Who would be allowed to create and edit these custom fields? Would they need to be marked as required?
Please let us know so that we can work on ideating this for you!

I would expect to see it it in the same place in the cards that the agents have under general information on the left sidebar. I think setting up the custom fields could be completed in the admin applet. I think only the OP should be allowed to set them up if deleting them would not be possible in the future as tags are not able to be deleted by old employees. I think anyone should be able to fill out the custom fields or add "new" field selections. Being marked as required would be nice, but not necessary and it would be nice if we could mark them to add to onboarding profile. Searching these fields and using inclusion and exclusion filters including sort would be critical.

I agree this is so important. It can be so hard to read old notes you wrote when following up with clients or recruits before an appointment
