OnboardingImagine opening Command MC and having a single, customizable “Agent Onboarding” workflow. When a new agent joins, any of the leadership team could walk them through every step, from initial paperwork to profile setup, all without leaving Command. Here’s what it could include:
•Digital Paperwork Hub: Editable Market Center: specific forms that can be completed and signed directly within Command (no need to jump to DocuSign or external links).
•Customizable Step Builder: Each Market Center could design its own sequence of steps: license verification, KWU registration, bio upload, business card order, etc.
•Integrated Checklists & Automation: As each step is…12 votes

Remove All Checklist Items in Recruit CardWe have agents who have completed the joining portal and full onboarding through the new system, and have left for one reason or another. When they return, their checklist items are all completed and to uncheck them, it needs to be done manually one-by-one. It would be nice to have a Remove/Delete all and then be able to add new checklists incase items have changed on checklists since the associate was here last. 9 votes

Option to Sync Email Field from KW Insights Record to Recruit Card When LinkedPlease provide an option to sync the email details from the KW Insights record to the Recruit record. Currently, when a record is linked to a recruit, the email address from the linked record does not populate in the recruit card. We’d like to have the ability for the email field to automatically pull into the recruit card when the records are linked. 2 votes

Change contact email on recruit card when removing associatesWhen we remove associates from the market center, the recruit card maintains their KW.com email address instead of reverting to the email that was used during their initial recruiting process. Since the KW email address is deactivated 30 days after they are removed, which becomes problematic when we attempt to re-recruit them. 4 votes

Appointments Show in TimelineAllow logged appointments in Command MC to populate on the recruit and associate card timlines. Currently, logged appointments do not appear on the recruit or associate card timelines and require looking in two different tabs. It would be great to see these on the timeline with other events. 14 votes

Additional Pipeline Phases, Tasks for Offboarding, Other TransitionsWe manage several other systems when an agent offboards with our Brokerage. It would be nice if we could have pipeline tasks for active associates. For example, we remove the associates access to our office's Facebook group. It would be nice to track these steps in Command. 4 votes

Delete CommandMC Lead SourcesThis should apply to recruits and track through to associates. Command MC should have the ability to delete custom recruit lead sources. It's like custom tags, when systems change, the available lead sources need to be updated for a cleaner more streamlined systems. 10 votes

Allow to type in dates in the business work anniversaryWhen inputting the work anniversary date please allow us to just type in the date rather than clicking through the months. This takes too much time and the months don't show the year so if its a few years back we have to click though a ridiculous amount of months while keeping track of the year..... 1 vote

Onboarding Invitation Email and Documents Personalization per Market CenterMarket Centers have specific documentation and questions they would like to include in the Onboarding process for new Associates. Adding forms, custom questions, and the ability to customize the Onboarding email that is sent is requested. 36 votes

AI Summary of Timeline Just like CommandFor both Recruits and Associates, it would be beneficial to have an AI summary available for the contact's timeline just like we have in Command. It would make it much easier during handoff's during onboarding or for keeping up to date on Associates at a glance. 2 votes

Add R0 Option for Production StatusWhen adding a recruit to the pipeline, currently you have the option to select if they are Red One, Red Two or Unlicensed Staff. I would like the ability for R0 to be an option for those whom we are actively moving through the KSCORE process, or another licensing program. This would be especially helpful for the leads we have coming through our locations webpage to automatically be assigned R0 if they select that they are not licensed. 1 vote

Mark as Lead ButtonWhen adding recruits in CommandMC, we should have a button, like in Command Core, that allows us to mark the recruit as a lead. This would be helpful for any inbound leads that we get to our mc websites that are not powered by Command, and for any agent referrals. 1 vote

Merge Notes, Activity, and Timeline TabsWould love to merge the notes, activities and timeline. During lead gen, we put our conversation notes in the actual Notes section whether it's an email, call, or text. Now that Activities are being tracked, we are adding that second step. Unfortunately, the activities don't show up under Notes. They only show up under Timeline. Would love if these sections could be merged to avoid confusion and duplication. 2 votes
