Advanced Filtering for Recruits

Advanced filters like have been added to personal command are needed.
Such as:
Smart Plan > includes > choose from smartplans
Smart Plan > excludes > choose from smartplans

Last contact, last updated, created, lead source, tags, etc. All available with the includes, excludes, none, etc

    I would also add the ability to filter by Referring Agent.

    there needs to be an option to exclude tags when filtering contacts in command MC with recruits.
