How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

When not to submit to ideas:

If you see something working incorrectly or receive an error message, this is considered a bug. Please submit these to Support through the Support Chat by clicking the question mark in the top right corner of the application page.

  1. Since we are in constant contact with our agents about different things in the MC or RE in general, it would be easiest to do it through Command MC since it's always up to date with their contact information instead of typing it out into an excel sheet. or at least be able to export contacts to upload into contacts in Command.

  2. Associate record compliance is a huge issue. Having a documents tab for the associate card (similar to what we have in opportunities) will help secure some of our agent data a little bit better.

    Have spots to upload documents that are required for all MCs (W9, P&G Acknowledgement, Detail of Splits and Fees, ICA, etc) and the ability for the MC to add additional documents used in the MC.

    Password protect documents with sensitive information. Limit who can access those docs.

  4. Many apps have options in them where you can see the client's account how they see their account from an admin position. I think this is known as "View As" or "Impersonation"

    Salesforce, WordPress does this and so does Circle.io, the community platform.

  5. For the State of MN in order for us to look up agents licenses or do license renewals we need their full SSN and it will be very hard to have to search through agents onboarding paperwork to find their SSN each time we need it.

  7. The associates section for the region does not currently show all associates for the region and this would be extremely helpful as regional leadership in order to recognize and keep notes as we have conversations.

  9. Many agents have an old or inaccessible recovery email address on their associate record. Adding that column to the associate dashboard, or providing a report listing that info, will enable market centers to proactively audit and update these addresses to AVOID a repeat of the password reset issues experienced recently.

  10. We have a new agent that joined our market center and we are in the process of making business cards. We don't have a way to look up his agent website without asking him directly. It's not listed in white pages nor Command MC in his associate card. It would be nice to have the agent website address listed in Command MC under the contact information section instead of having to ask the agent for their KW Website Address.

  11. Add the ability to export to CSV and PDF the Associates Tab. We would be able to export a Top Down Report with agent's email and phone number. Great for targeting the roster based on production level.

  12. Currently, the Royalty Cap progress bar that agents see is based on Royalty Paid by MC. It would make things a lot easier if their royalty cap status and transactions were based on royalty paid by associate, this way if we have royalty issues, the agent would only see their cap status reflected based on what they've actually paid in, and would make collecting the missing royalty on a previous transaction a lot easier.

  13. Ability to add custom fields in an associate record to store additional information such as Key Fob Numbers, Auto Insurance details, association ID numbers, etc

    Where would you expect to see these custom fields in the Associate record? Would it be on a specific tab, on the left sidebar, etc? Where would you set up these custom fields (ex: in the Admin Applet)? Who would be allowed to create and edit these custom fields? Would they need to be marked as required?

    Please let us know so that we can work on ideating this for you!

  14. Allow associates not on a team to add guest users to their command. That way TC's don't need to request agent codes from the agent every time. Most Transaction coordinators work after hours, and do not get the codes right away from the agent.

  16. Now that we can send one-off or bulk emails to Associates from CommandMC (thank you!), when selecting the email from the timeline we should be taken directly to the email sent, just as it happens in the Contacts applet in Command.

  18. A way you can change all agent's expiration date at one time and not have to go into each one individually. PA has the same expiration date every two years.

  19. Have an option to print the signed BSA for the market center and agent if needed after sign on. The only option is downloading at the moment agents sign, but no access for the Market Center.

  20. Allow MC staff with tier 1 roles accessibility to update/edit/add/update photos to associate profiles. Our website pulls those incomplete profiles from Command which of course makes our website look incomplete. Having this ability would allow staff to complete those profiles.
