  1. When we download the Associate Detail (page 2 of the DA) page in the new Transactions, it opens a separate tab for each agent along with Page 1 of the DA. Can we please get it to where they download all in the same tab so we don't have to download multiple pages.

    Hi all! Thanks for all of your wonderful feedback so far. The engineering team is considering this idea for implementation, however, we are unsure if this would be the right choice for every Market Center.

    Would it be helpful to be able to choose whether to automatically print the DA after moving a Transaction to the Closed status? We want to save clicks, and want to make sure we choose the best option for all MCs when implementing a feature for efficiency.

  2. There should be a "reject" options for Termination Requests. We (MCAs) understand that an undo button is probably not possible due to listing attachment. However, a reject button should be available. While this would create a delay in the agents' ability to create a new offer, if agents are following proper timeline procedures, there should be enough time between a cancelled contract and a new offer/commission being submitted to allow for an accept/reject option.

  3. Remove the 3 auto filters in place in the Compliance Applet. We can add in filters we want when searching. When we forget and clear filters, then we have to re-search everything.

  4. Currently deductions are calculated off Net Commissions. It would be helpful to have the option to have deductions, like PC fee, calculated from Gross commissions.

  5. The user is suggesting that a "Back to Opportunities Search" button/link be added alongside the "Compliance" link at the top-left corner of the opportunity when reviewing opportunities via CommandMC.

  6. It'd be nice to add a "Submitted" button to the top of the transaction screen to quickly show all the submitted commissions similar to the "terminated" "approved" & "Closed" buttons.

  7. Currently, the default property search page currently is Austin TX, Headquarters. This is confusing for consumers when they get to our MC site that is not located in Texas. All MC/BC sites should default to their franchise address.

  8. When a recruit is moved to the “committed” stage of the recruiting pipeline, have a setting in Smartplans that will allow that pipeline movement to stop active recruiting Smartplans from going to that recruit. Example: Susan is a recruit that says “yes” to the kw office. When Susan is moved to the “committed” stage of the pipeline, the active Smartplans going to her as a recruit would end.   10. Our Market Center relies exclusively on Command for document submissions and compliance coordination. A major problem we face is that agents frequently miss Command notifications regarding returned documents, often due to the high volume of emails they receive, or Command app notifications being dismissed due to the inability to view compliance requests effectively through the app.

    My suggestion is to add a dashboard applet displaying the compliance status of upcoming completions to the Agents Command homepage. This could include completions within the next two to three weeks, or perhaps the next four to five completions regardless of date. It's unclear…

  11. Please provide an option to sync the email details from the KW Insights record to the Recruit record. Currently, when a record is linked to a recruit, the email address from the linked record does not populate in the recruit card. We’d like to have the ability for the email field to automatically pull into the recruit card when the records are linked.

  12. When we remove associates from the market center, the recruit card maintains their KW.com email address instead of reverting to the email that was used during their initial recruiting process. Since the KW email address is deactivated 30 days after they are removed, which becomes problematic when we attempt to re-recruit them.

  14. We manage several other systems when an agent offboards with our Brokerage. It would be nice if we could have pipeline tasks for active associates. For example, we remove the associates access to our office's Facebook group. It would be nice to track these steps in Command.

  15. This should apply to recruits and track through to associates. Command MC should have the ability to delete custom recruit lead sources. It's like custom tags, when systems change, the available lead sources need to be updated for a cleaner more streamlined systems.

  16. Many apps have options in them where you can see the client's account how they see their account from an admin position. I think this is known as "View As" or "Impersonation"

    Salesforce, WordPress does this and so does Circle.io, the community platform.

    As Leadership, we frequently need to access an agents account to assist them with something or provide a service.   17. When Agents or MCTT use the "Chat with Support" option a pop-up box appears. This chatbox is tied to whatever Command Page you are currently on when opening the support chat.
    My recommendation is for this chatbox to follow the user if they leave the page. If they make any changes to the command page or refresh, the chat will force close and lose progress. You receive a follow up email with the transcript of the chat, however there isn't a way to reunite with the support agent who was assisting. This causes frustration on the agent, admin and support…

  20. I would like to see the ability to print multiple transaction ids at once as we were able to in Winmore with DAs. I have agents whose accountants would like all of their transactions printed and emailed.
