  1. When we download the Associate Detail (page 2 of the DA) page in the new Transactions, it opens a separate tab for each agent along with Page 1 of the DA. Can we please get it to where they download all in the same tab so we don't have to download multiple pages.

    Hi all! Thanks for all of your wonderful feedback so far. The engineering team is considering this idea for implementation, however, we are unsure if this would be the right choice for every Market Center.


    Would it be helpful to be able to choose whether to automatically print the DA after moving a Transaction to the Closed status? We want to save clicks, and want to make sure we choose the best option for all MCs when implementing a feature for efficiency.

  2. There should be a "reject" options for Termination Requests. We (MCAs) understand that an undo button is probably not possible due to listing attachment. However, a reject button should be available. While this would create a delay in the agents' ability to create a new offer, if agents are following proper timeline procedures, there should be enough time between a cancelled contract and a new offer/commission being submitted to allow for an accept/reject option.

  3. Currently deductions are calculated off Net Commissions. It would be helpful to have the option to have deductions, like PC fee, calculated from Gross commissions.

  4. Many apps have options in them where you can see the client's account how they see their account from an admin position. I think this is known as "View As" or "Impersonation"

    Salesforce, WordPress does this and so does Circle.io, the community platform.

    As Leadership, we frequently need to access an agents account to assist them with something or provide a service. For example, we will go in and schedule a social media post on their behalf as a service or we will attempt to replicate an error so we can record the Loom and submit a ticket. If we…

  5. Please show the breakdown of "additional deductions" on the commission tab within a transaction. currently, you have to click the "Edit" button to see the individual deductions that make up "Additional Deductions". Thank you!

  6. I'd like to be able to run a report showing all the vendor and their associated TaxIDs. I have caught agents entering 00-000000 as the tax id for referrals and when processing commission in transactions there is no way to catch this.

  7. Please allow the ability to print the KW Invoice as a PDF in its existing layout, similar to the Profit Share Calcs PDF format from WinMORE. The current help article recommends taking a screenshot and downloading the image. This not only reduces the image quality dramatically but it also adds an image file to our file folders instead of a PDF. Not everyone has a photo viewer installed on their computer in order to open image files.

  8. Ability to add custom fields in an associate record to store additional information such as Key Fob Numbers, Auto Insurance details, association ID numbers, etc

    Where would you expect to see these custom fields in the Associate record? Would it be on a specific tab, on the left sidebar, etc? Where would you set up these custom fields (ex: in the Admin Applet)? Who would be allowed to create and edit these custom fields? Would they need to be marked as required?

  9. We had adhoc reports for agents with license numbers and expiration dates. Please create one in command reports. Or add the option in reports for us to create our own report

  10. On the agent's commission details page, the top of the page should show the full commission on the transaction, not just the agent's portion. This is helpful for our agents to see the full amount prior to any splits.

  11. Leases that have multiple payments over time now require multiple CDAs to be created. This can stretch over several years with commercial leases. Adding a payments over time feature would streamline this process, and not leave multiple unclosed DAs in the system.

  13. Have an option to print the signed BSA for the market center and agent if needed after sign on. The only option is downloading at the moment agents sign, but no access for the Market Center.

  14. For Regional leadership, one aggregate report under the PROGRESS TAB, that shows the progress for the region as a whole and then the option to breakdown that progress by each market center. As of now, you would have to click through each market center.

  16. I've noticed that over the course of the first 2 weeks there are several areas that could be a bit more efficient; specifically, the numerous reporting mechanisms. Currently, we have 2 excel spreadsheets to track appointments, referrals, R1/R2s.....since we are trying to leverage Command on a more consistent basis, I thought it would be great if we could utilize Command for more.   17. We LOVE the feature that requires agents to enter the co-brokers name on the offer within Opportunities, and would also love an easy way to search or see the list of co-brokers on recently closed transactions! This is a huge focus of our recruit prospecting, and this would make it easy to see a list of who our agents worked with, alongside details about the transaction. Would make an easy "who to call today" feature for TLs and MCAs!
