Provide a "Reject" Option for Termination Requests
There should be a "reject" options for Termination Requests. We (MCAs) understand that an undo button is probably not possible due to listing attachment. However, a reject button should be available. While this would create a delay in the agents' ability to create a new offer, if agents are following proper timeline procedures, there should be enough time between a cancelled contract and a new offer/commission being submitted to allow for an accept/reject option.

Would it be helpful to have a warning message when agents request a termination to let them know that this is only used when the contract falls apart, and that this is not meant for editing Commission Requests?

Having a warning would be helpful. Also a question on it with radio buttons that take them to the correct article. Are you requesting termination to make a commission request change? Are you requesting termination because the contract completely fell apart? Something else, message box to MC.

I believe it would be helpful if the MCA could reject the request and change the status back to active. Unfortunately, people are reactionary and in the moment think terminating the opportunity is the only way to fix the issue.

Having a warning for agents about the use of the termination button would be very helpful, yes! But if not, then please a reject termination option.

The MCA's should be able to "return" an approved commission instead of always having the agent request a termination. This would work like the compliance file submission. If agents needed to modify the commission post acceptance, the MCA could return the commission for edits instead of having to start the process over. Sometimes mistakes are made in entering in the commissions (like team splits) and it would be nice to "request an edit" and have that ability.

I teach classes on "How To Submit a Commission Tab".
After I've submitted the tab for demonstration/classes purposes, currently the only way to clear it from my transactions tab is to either "Accept" or "Terminate"....so either it gets counted as a Contract Written or as a Contract Terminated which gets reflected on Reports. A "Return" option would be great so that it doesn't affect Reports and also doesn't sit in the "Submitted" status -

This is critical. Being in KW Command Transactions, once a file is requested for termination, our only option as the MCA is to terminate or leave in request for termination status. It would be extremely helpful for our agents to have a warning message when an agent requests a termination, but the MCA should be able to override the status to change it back to approved (or closed in some cases). Otherwise, this throws off our terminated transaction numbers as well as overstates the agents' written volume when we have to re-enter the transaction again. It's lots of wasted time for a simple fix.

A warning message would be SO helpful

A warning message and required confirmation that the agent really means to terminate would solve for the MC needing a reject.

This would allow them to be able to make the adjustment instead of us having to do them all.

We have agents request termination way to often, when it could just be corrected.

The ability for agents to change/update their own commission requests would be huge!

This would be so much better than terminating and having an agent re-do!
