    Agents lost control/visibility of referral when they send it out. If agent leaves or doesn't send it back, you cannot access and do not have ability to do anything for it.

    being able to add a guest user or admin to a personal command account. Would be helpful for TC's and assistants.

    Can opportunities have parity with contacts in that when you are creating a new tag in Oppys you can pick the tag color? Why is it that tag color can only be picked in the Settings for Opportunities?
