Change, Delete, Archive Sent/Received Referrals
I want to be able to archive, change, or delete referrals that I receive or send. Sometimes, the receiving agent leaves KW and does not close a referral after the closing, or the client chooses another option. Being able to clean up my referral page will be most helpful. It causes anxiety for me to see all of the referrals that are either closed, expired, or should just be updated and deleted.

Agents lost control/visibility of referral when they send it out. If agent leaves or doesn't send it back, you cannot access and do not have ability to do anything for it.

It seems like a solution is to give the person who sent the referral partner invite to be able to click one of three buttons, one to resend the invite, one to cancel the invite and one to see other agents in that market center. We need to do this fast.

I've sent referrals that didn't end up becoming a deal. The receiving agent accepted but nothing happened... now I have these old sent referrals on my referrals page in Command, clouding the real actives ones because these old ones still show are "active" and the agent who accepted them doesn't take the time to market them as lost :(

When a receiving agent ends up not being a good fit or does not reply to the referring agent or reach out to the clients the referring agent should be able to pull back the client's info.
In cases like this it is understandable that the referring agent does not want the receiving agent to have their client's info anymore and does not want them to reach out to the client in the future.
