MLX Integration, Client Portal and AI Route Planning within Command
One of the most impressive aspects of platforms used by other brokerages is the ability to manage the entire buyer experience from a single system. Keller Williams already has a powerful ecosystem with Command, but integrating MLS functionality directly into Command could significantly improve productivity, client experience, and adoption across teams.
The idea would be to develop a deeper MLS (MLX) integration within Command, allowing agents to perform key property search and client collaboration functions without leaving the platform.

Clear out previously failed contact imports from the Not Yet Imported list
Have the ability to clear out contacts from this list that the user has previously attempted to import into their Command Contacts, but failed. Or be able to identify which contacts in this Not Yet Imported list have failed import before so users can ignore these and only import new contacts that have not been attempted before.

Delete Lead
The new Lead Box in the lower right corner is great. In my experience, many of the leads that come in through the agent websites are spam or phishing. Please add a third option to delete a "lead" right from the box.

Neighborhood Nurture: Market Intelligence
Add search by zip code
Allow limited parametric data search i.e. price range, property type, # of bedrooms
Increase the font size of the current data
Reduce the size of the arrow, create a Buyer and Seller arrows, use green and red to indicate if it is a buyers or sellers market
Add an option to overwrite the intro header with a personal message, additional pertinent data and hyperlinks

Proposal for Native WhatsApp Integration in KW Command
Context:
Market Reality: Unlike the US market, which relies heavily on Email and SMS, the Brazilian real estate market operates almost exclusively via WhatsApp (99% adoption rate).
Current Workflow: Agents currently face operational friction, as they must leave the Command platform and manually save phone numbers to initiate contact. This delay negatively impacts lead response time.

Add Transaction and Opp ID #'s to the left rail so it can be seen at all times
Add Transaction and Opp ID numbers to the left rail so it is easily referenced - this is mainly for admin so they can easily reference these number for accounting/commission reports and in emails to their MC re: closing delays, changes in commissions, etc. At present, they must go to the commission tab to see the transaction # and "details" to see the Opp. ID#. It is clunky and should be easy to attach these numbers to the left rail as we do with the MLS #.

INTEGRATED OPEN HOUSE DIGITAL DATA CAPTURE SYSTEM
A data capture system on an iPad or other device similar to a kiosk specifically for open houses - guests visitors sign in on the iPad - data goes right to Command and an Open House Smart Plan immediately starts - with basic info - thanks for coming - next steps - working with me etc.

Integration with RedX Power Dialer
I have Red X Vortex Power Dialer. When I make my calls with them, i have to back into command to document the call resolution. I see the "call" option in command (specifically on desktop), but when I click on it, a window pops up for me to choose a dialer, and vortex isnt an option. I spoke with Vortex tech support and he said from what he was told it was KW who is declining to integrate with them, theyre open to that option. I'd be a game changer if I can make command my one-stop-shop for my calls…

condense contact card, less white space
Currently to find information about contacts you need to scroll to see information.
While the email and phone number are visible, things like the description, mailing address, and other information could be included by eliminating much of the white space that is being allocated to separate information.Doing this allows users to get all information at a glance, making the system more efficient.

Agents should be able to respond to compliance coordinators using their Command App. This will allow agents to respond quickly while they are busy with their business. Currently they have to sit infront of a computer to respond to these.

On "My Profile" - change title "First Date Licensed" to "KW Join Date" or something similar so this field is not confusing.
Under "My Profile" "About Me" section - the title "First Date Licensed" to "KW Join Date" or something similar so this field is not confusing. I recently joined but was licensed in 2015. After 9 emails, it was clarified that this field was not at all about my license date, but instead about the date I joined KW.
This change would reduce/eliminate unnecessary emails and time wasted in the future for others like me that were licensed prior to coming to KW.

Digital Business Card - Ability to add profile picture from Marketing Profile
For the QR code in the Command app for the digital business card, I would love to see the ability to add your profile picture into this business card that is in your Marketing Profile to make it look more professional or the ability to customize what details you do/don't want on the business card.

Recorded Calls
Would be useful in many ways to integrate recorded phone calls into Command and Command App. This could be useful for having something to go back to, for example if you can't remember what city the client said NOT to look at you can go back to listen, etc. If you are in the car during a call, take notes once you are back at the office. Eliminates that awkward text of not remembering something during the phone call.
This is also useful due to the fact we often find clients saying "you did or did not tell me something"…
