To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. So I have come across a really interesting AI product. It's called housewhisper.ai. What it does:

    Interaction through text, phone call, or voice memo—no apps or logins needed. It acts as a virtual assistant you speak with naturally.

    Updates your CRM, schedules appointments, sets reminders, and sends follow-ups as if you had a live assistant.

    This is a huge thing as it bridges the gap between non technology users and power users. It gives the ability to do so many things and doesn't require an app or dashboard to log into. It does need a full API access to do…

  3. Allow the compliance chat via Command App.

    Agents should be able to respond to compliance coordinators using their Command App. This will allow agents to respond quickly while they are busy with their business. Currently they have to sit infront of a computer to respond to these.

  4. Under "My Profile" "About Me" section - the title "First Date Licensed" to "KW Join Date" or something similar so this field is not confusing. I recently joined but was licensed in 2015. After 9 emails, it was clarified that this field was not at all about my license date, but instead about the date I joined KW.

    This change would reduce/eliminate unnecessary emails and time wasted in the future for others like me that were licensed prior to coming to KW.

  5. I would love to be able to archive all the tasks on a list in each individual contact card. This would eliminate the multi-step process of backing out and filtering the tasks on the main task list. Once I open a card, and click on the task tab, I now have to inidvidually archive missed tasks that I need archived. Just adding a check box and bulk archive feature would save a lot of time. Thanks.

  6. Currently to find information about contacts you need to scroll to see information.

    While the email and phone number are visible, things like the description, mailing address, and other information could be included by eliminating much of the white space that is being allocated to separate information.

    Doing this allows users to get all information at a glance, making the system more efficient.

  7. When logging a call activity, please make the description field optional for no answer or left a message. This way with one click I am done and can move on to my next person to call.

  8. The Command app should include a Bulk Action to share your digital business card to selected Contacts. As of now, the Share option is only for sending the business card outside of the app. It would make sense to include that for Contacts within Command. I also think this would encourage more people to utilize the digital business card.

  9. Either Larger or Darker appearing text in Command Mobile app. Character text is small, light blue text hard to read, especially out in the sunlight (and older eyes!) Larger text or Darker/bold text would be so Much easier to read and less eye strain and heqdache.

  12. Idea for Development: Help Icon Standardization

    Implement a “question mark in a circle” icon next to all form fields, especially those marked as required (*), to provide users with clear, accessible tooltips. This icon is widely recognized as a symbol for help or additional information.

    For example, on the Create Opportunity form, the Opportunity Type field could use a help icon that explains the dropdown options. Adding consistent help icons across all forms will improve usability, reduce user confusion, and enhance the overall user experience.

For the QR code in the Command app for the digital business card, I would love to see the ability to add your profile picture into this business card that is in your Marketing Profile to make it look more professional or the ability to customize what details you do/don't want on the business card.

  14. Would be useful in many ways to integrate recorded phone calls into Command and Command App. This could be useful for having something to go back to, for example if you can't remember what city the client said NOT to look at you can go back to listen, etc. If you are in the car during a call, take notes once you are back at the office. Eliminates that awkward text of not remembering something during the phone call.

    This is also useful due to the fact we often find clients saying "you did or did not tell me something"…

  15. I'm always seeing agents in my market center looking for open house hosts if they're unable to host their own open house. We have a private Facebook group where people post them, but not everyone has Facebook or is on. I think it would be a great idea to have a portal similar or maybe even built into the Referrals applet where agents can broadcast out an open house of theirs that they're looking for someone to host for them.   17. The tasks for an opportuinty displays on iPhone alphabetically ordered. Which is wrong. They should be in the chronological order as on the desktop computer (Chrome). When I am displaying them on my computer (Chrome), they are in their correct chronological order.

    I want the chronological order of tasks also on iPhone. It's very annoying and confusing as tasks loose their chronological order. Could you please fix it?

  20. Currently it is not possible to access the Parties To The Transaction for an opportunity within the Command App. Agents often need to contact the lender, title company, or inspector on the go, and it is critical to have access to this contact information within the app.
