We need a 'history' field when registering the listing in Command, this field must show all changes made to the listing, from changing a word to changing the value or availability, everything that happens in the 'life' of the listing must be displayed in a timeline. Another improvement would be the possibility of manually including a note in this timeline field, so that, for example, when an agent speaks to the property owner to check if everything is still alright, but there is nothing to be changed in the registration, the agent can record that the listing was updated and…

  4. We need the agent to be able to select which images they want to display to the consumer (app/website).

    Currently, the agent has the option to display all images on the KW apps and website or hide all images. For a better selling experience, it should be possible for the agent to upload all images for a listing and then select which images they want to display or not on the websites (but still have them available on Command).   5. The current layout of Command limits printing to the visible area of the page that so users can only print to what is currently on screen below the page header and to the right of the sidebar, which cuts off most important listing information.

    A print-friendly version of simply the Listing Details without the Command navigation elements would be helpful particularly for internal KWLS listings. These are not on the MLS, but some Agents may need to access the equivalent of a "MLS Sheet" about the property.

  7. I had a few suggestions based on both my experience and feedback from clients:

    Map Placement: Would it be possible to move the area map and the “similar properties” section higher up in the listing description? Right now, they're placed all the way at the bottom, which can be a bit confusing—especially with the other map showing the specific neighborhood.

    Map Consolidation: If there's a way to combine both maps into a single, more streamlined view, that would be incredibly helpful and improve the user experience.

  8. When doing a saved search for a client, there isn't an easy way to suggest properties through KW Command.

    Is there a way we can click into the specific saved search we have set up for a contract, and recommend properties to that client?

    Being able to see the properties that align with that specific search within Command would be incredibly helpful, because the only way we can do that is through our local MLS.

  9. clients and leads need to be able to set up searches and neighborhood updates specifically for the communities within the current La Quinta Beat 45 area. For example my farm is PGA West but I cannot set a search for my farm/neighborhood because it pulls in all of the other communities within this La Quinta Beat 45 area--- which I have never heard it called anywhere but on this KW site. People search for speciic country clubs here, not as much general areas or cities.

  10. We need to add the option to filter by condominium to the Listing search filter, many agents have many properties in their database and this will make the search easier

    Our agents have many properties in their database, and it is difficult to remember the street name of all the properties. Because of this, I request a new filter category to optimize the search for these agents. Please include the search for condominium

  11. Easy button would collect data that is already in Command/the KWLS to save time on back and forth between Agents and Support. Ex. If their listing has been Active on the MLS for less than 24 hours, messaging indicates to allow up to 24 hours for changes to sync with KWLS. If the listing has been Active on the MLS for 24+ hours and there are still no photos detected, Listing applet has an easy button next to the listing to submit a ZD ticket to Support with MLS/listing details/List Agent details to kicks tart investigating the missing photos.   12. When listing within the bckpnl (KW WorldWide only I think) listing site, when a listing is on FOR SALE or FOR RENT it shows but it would be nice to see RENTED or SOLD or UNDER CONTRACT when in the list of MANAGE PROPERTIES.

  14. I would like to submit a feature request for HOPA verified neighborhoods in order to better and more efficiently service my clients. Due to the lack there of, my clients are spending time looking through and saving properties that they do not qualify for. Please consider adding this feature as soon as possible under property descriptions so that we may direct our clients accordingly.

  16. A good opportunity for improvement would be for the original price to be registered only after the property is sent for approval by the MCA, because sometimes while the property is still in draft form, the price can be adjusted before being sent for approval, but just by making these small adjustments, the property starts to be advertised with a price variation.

  17. Agents currently have to download images from listings uploaded to the platform one by one or wait for the agent that owns the listing to send them. This can take a long time if there are lots of images or if the owner is on a break, vacation, etc. Our solution? Adding a button that downloads all of the images at once.

  18. I would like to be able to access the landing page for the open house a few days before my open house. Right now I can only access it the day of. I like to create a QR code so people can sign in quicker and the sign in is more accurate. If it is available earlier I can have everything ready a few days before, with my schedule this would be a big help! I am sure I am not the only one..
