Improve Data Sync from MLS to Listings Applet
Easy button would collect data that is already in Command/the KWLS to save time on back and forth between Agents and Support. Ex. If their listing has been Active on the MLS for less than 24 hours, messaging indicates to allow up to 24 hours for changes to sync with KWLS. If the listing has been Active on the MLS for 24+ hours and there are still no photos detected, Listing applet has an easy button next to the listing to submit a ZD ticket to Support with MLS/listing details/List Agent details to kicks tart investigating the missing photos. Ex. If there is an error message when the Agents attempt to 'Sync My MLS', easy button records the error message and creates a form to submit a ZD ticket with MLS/listing details/List Agent details

Agents get upset and frustrated when their new Active listing is on the KWLS feed but the MLS photos are not included, although the photos are present on other sites such as Realtor.com, Zillow, etc. Without photos, Agents cannot add their listing in Paid Campaigns in Command or use their branded Agent Site site links to share the listing on social media, etc. Sometimes this is due to an expected lag, because the MLS source stores the listing data and listing photos separately (in which case, Support advises to allow up to 24 hours for the photos to appear). Other times, the delay is caused by technical issues between the MLS source feed and the KWLS (investigated by LOPS team). Many would prefer the listing not appear on the site at all if ther are no photos and believe this makes them look bad/unprofessional.

Something needs to be done about the lag time between a listing going live on the MLS and it showing up on our website and in the paid ads campaigns. It's unacceptable that our listings show on Realtor and Zillow immediatley and take hours at best to show on KW sites.

Listings take much longer to submit to my KW site than they do my Brivity site I used previously, as well as all other sites such as Homes.com, Zillow, etc.

I've found the problem of having multiple MLS systems in my area that "data-share" their listings. When a home is listed for sale on one MLS it automatically gets shared to the next MLS. However, upon marking the home as Active/Backup (i.e Pending Taking Backup Offers) on one MLS there seems to be a glitch on the Command Agents Site that doubles up the listings and/or keeps the listing on the website in an Active/Backup state.
Problem is, it keeps the listing on my agent site it in that Active/Backup state long past the home actually Closing. My clients use my agent site often and have frustration with coming across homes "on the market" that Closed 1,2, or ever 3 years ago...
Apart from fixing the syndication issue, another solutions would be to add a "Report Problem with Listing" similar to the one one Zillow. The listings can then be marked correctly and/or deleted if it's a duplicate listing & we as KW agents can continue to show that we have the preferred technology platform for agents & clients alike.
