Collections
I noticed through KW Answers that, in order to send a Collection of properties to a client or contact, they must already be branded to the app or have created an account before they appear in the recipient list.
This made me wonder: wouldn't it be more effective if we could send a Collection first and use that as the reason for the client to create an account?
From my experience, many contacts don't take the initiative to download the app or create an account without a compelling reason. However, receiving a personalized Collection of properties that they can view, save, and interact with could be a much stronger incentive to complete the registration process.
In other words, instead of requiring account creation before sharing a Collection, the Collection itself could become the motivation for clients to sign up.
Just a suggestion that I believe could improve both the user experience and account adoption.
