Ability to enter an MLS number for a new listing into a search feature that will locate anyone in your database that meets that criteria (has searched for similar properties on your website, etc.)

I think this is a great idea and would be extremely useful for connecting buyers and sellers in our database and with other KW agents' listings. I would love to be able to put in fields on a contact's page stating their purchase criteria/ house specs (bedroom, bathroom, price, location, size, etc.) and

The ability for us to use the information from Opportunities (+the Listings applet) from both Buyer & Seller Opps to publish certain data fields to internal MC and Team virtual Bulletin Boards(with desktop/app alerts, filters, favorites, smart matching, sharing etc) - allowing us to internally market and match Buyers and Listings (especially coming soon listings).
This could exist in Command Listings, Command Opps, or even pull from there to Connect as a separate communication space. Also should be avail on mobile.

If there were a way for our system to do reverse prospecting like our MLS and allow agents targeting a specific listing or with a new listing client to know how many buyers in our office or region are specifically targeting their home and the ability to connect with those agents directly.
It's a very different conversation to tell a seller that 'my office has x# approved buyers looking for a home like yours.' Being able to share listing info with those agents in advance is a competitive advantage for our KW agents.
And at the buyer consultation, I see "y# potential listings coming soon from our office that might be a good fit and sometimes we can arrange to get into the home early or potentially buy it off market."
