Would it be helpful to have a warning message when agents request a termination to let them know that this is only used when the contract falls apart, and that this is not meant for editing Commission Requests?

An error occurred while saving the comment Anna Reiswig commentedI provide our agents with reports to verify their 1099 amount per transaction. Without this, we would need to export all the data and create a formula to verify the amount.

Would it be helpful to see this information when pulling the Cap Details Report? If not, what other information (if any) would you like to see, like the CO$ paid in so far?
An error occurred while saving the comment Anna Reiswig commentedIt is critical for us to be able to view the split % while editing the Transaction in KW Command. Our MC of over 1000 agents has different programs and deductions depending on the split. Without being able to see this, we have to manually calculate the split depending on the company dollar amount. This is extremely time consuming, but if we do not do this, we have the potential to miss the deductions that go along with those programs. It creates extra keystrokes and extra time per transaction. This times hundreds of transactions/mo is tedious and time consuming.

An error occurred while saving the comment Anna Reiswig commentedWhen processing checks and ACH commissions to our agent, it would be helpful to print more than one DA at a time for the person approving the ACHs and checks. This would save a lot of time from going into each transaction, downloading then printing the CDA one by one. It is something we do daily for what can be up to 50 DAs at a time.
We also sometimes receive requests from agents for their CDAs in bulk. Since it was something we could do for them quite quickly through WinMORE, it will feel like a take-away for them for us to direct them to the opportunity instead.

We are working on a permissions-based enhancement to Transactions; however, these permissions will likely be a little higher-level than editing transactions!

This is critical. Being in KW Command Transactions, once a file is requested for termination, our only option as the MCA is to terminate or leave in request for termination status. It would be extremely helpful for our agents to have a warning message when an agent requests a termination, but the MCA should be able to override the status to change it back to approved (or closed in some cases). Otherwise, this throws off our terminated transaction numbers as well as overstates the agents' written volume when we have to re-enter the transaction again. It's lots of wasted time for a simple fix.
