We really would like to see twilio automated texts in Command MC smart plans!! Can there either be a twilio account for the MC that it uses - or for those steps, it uses the Twilio account of whatever staff was assigned to be sending that step of the smart plan. Right now we have to copy agents into our personal command databases and run smart plans from there. That just adds extra work and clogs up our personal database. I'm part of 2 market centers as leadership, so now I would have to add agents from both market centers to my personal database to use automated texts. We want to run smart plans that have steps from various staff within the smart plan - and not have to make individual ones where each leader has to run it from their own account and each leader has to put every agent into their own database. What a time waster to have to do that. And substituting a "task" to manually send a text is not helpful either when you want to send out lots of texts and have lots of agents. It is just not worth it - so it's not a useable feature currently, to be able to send out texts to agents in the office from command MC smart plans.

We need to be able to send texts to our agents and recruits. We teach our agents to do drip campaigns but as leadership we cannot.

This would be very helpful to be able to reach associates through text.

Right now, Twilio isn't available in CommandMC and would be great to have this feature available to either be able to text your agents or recruits directly from Command instead of switching over to your personal Command account to do this.

Integrate Twilio with CommandMC.

Being able to text associates and recruits in CommandMC is a MUST. Having to have information in 2 places just does not work. Stuff gets lost in the mix - staff cannot see who has contact or for what. It all needs to be kept together

It would be very beneficial on many accounts to have Twillio integration available in CommandMC. There are many factors like recruiting or KSCORE, where sending out texts would be invaluable and save time in the day.

Would be great to be able to send email/text FROM Command MC to all/any associates. Just like personal Command... yet this is not able to from Command MC level.

I have been using command for smartplans and texting to recruits. once the recruit engages, I move them to command mc. it would be great to have the ability to sync the entire contact record between command mc and command and visa versa -

In the intranet, we had the capability of emailing all associates at once to advertise events, notify of form changes, or disseminate other important information. Now that it is going away, we need this function in CommandMC.

Command MC would be great to have the applets and functions that our associates have: emailing all associates, Campaign marketing to Contacts/Recruits/etc.

Having Command MC read out Associates is great, yet there's no way to email all associates through Command... unless you go Intranet or Demo Account - which are not connected to Command MC.
