CommandMC

Keller Williams thrives on collaboration. We invite you to share your ideas for new Command features and help shape the future KW technology.

To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity.

How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

When not to submit to ideas:

If you see something working incorrectly or receive an error message, this is considered a bug. Please submit these to Support through the Support Chat by clicking the question mark in the top right corner of the application page.

  1. Everyone should not have the option to edit transactions. Only the MCA/AMCA should have access to edit Transactions.

  2. We would like the ability for the OP to customize/limit the access roles have to CommandMC applets. KWRI would set the standard access points for an assigned role, and the OP would have the ability to remove/limit access to specific applets that may not pertain to that role within their MC. Example, MC Leader role allows edit access to Recruits, Reports, Transactions, Accounting, and … The individuals with MC Leader role in this example MC do not need nor would the OP like for them have edit access to Transactions and Accounting, so the OP can remove access to Transactions…

  3. Allow the Compliance Coordinator Role to have access to Transactions. Our transactions processing team needs this to do their job, but they should not have access to all the items an MC Leader has such as our full Recruiting pipeline. Seems silly that the role that is in charge of processing deals and transactions doesn't have access to this part of the program.

  5. We need to have the ability to search Market Center Opportunities by a date range, last updated, and closed. Need to be able to save the custom filters and modify columns just like contacts.

  6. Look at the different reports that Broker Metrics can create and create them for Command. Give ever agent the ability to pull town, county, area comparison. Agent to Agent comparison. Office to Office comparison, Brokerage to Brokerage comparison. See agent counts for different brokerage. Possible at some point making some of these reports a simple button click(ie Company info, brokerage info, team, agent) but also still keeping the option for on the fly boolean search.

  7. Combine the view for Checklist Tasks and Other Tasks for ease and less clicks. Also allows for quicker/easier task adding. No need to have to different "classes" of tasks. All must be done.

  8. Our Canadian Market Centres are hesitant to integrate opportunities into Command as the current workflow is more efficient. Currently when we load a transaction into Nexone it sinks with BrokerWolf/Lonewolf then with WinMore. 1 Input and done. If we remove Nexone and integrate into Command we have to recreate each and every transaction in BrokerWolf/ Lonewolf which doubles the current workload in a transaction for our agent or our back office at the market centre.

Most market centres want to stick with Nexone to save the workload.
