Split the Full Associate Name and the KWUID into separate columns in the new reports like they were prior.
In the new reports the Full Associate Name column now includes the KWUID. I either have to remove this for every report I pull or add it to all the existing spreadsheets we have. It would be easier to have the KWUID as a separate column not attached to the name as it was prior to the new reports being made. Then we could do searches, sorts and vlookups for name or KWUID separately.

Agent Ranking Report
Currently, the Agent Ranking Report only allows you to rank by GCI , Closed Units and a few other things. Closed Volume and Listings Taken should be added as metrics to rank by as well. This would help determine a Top 20% in a MC by metric that you choose. Custom Reports doesn't have these metrics either.

Reorder Multi-Year Trend to Narrative Format
The traditional Market Center Multi-Year Trend tells a story in a narrative sequence. The 42 metrics are specifically arranged to ensure as Leaders read it, they have the proper context as they find numbers and metrics later in the report. In its current format in CommandMC, it's only creating confusion and among current leader, as the metrics are arranged alphabetically by data point.
The new version, is simply missing a "position number" field, like we've done for the Financial Statement. An addition of the 2 digit "pos_no" column should do the trick.

New Reports - we need a filter by year not just months
We need a specific Filter for Years (to avoid manual month-by-month selection) in the new reports section so that we don't have to choose every month for reports.

Overall Filters Needed in New Custom Reports
The new Custom Reports require you to add a column to the report in order to filter for that type of data. In many cases, this is not ideal and creates unwanted additional rows/entries. The old Custom Reports allowed you to add overall filters to the report that do not add columns. This feature should be added to the new Custom Reports (honestly to all of the new Reports) for ease of use.

New Reports Organization
We run about 40 different reports each month and the new system has no way to logically organize these new reports. We used to be able to create folders (month end reports, Coaching Reports) to organize what we need and how we need to see it. Now it is just a jumble of saved folders. and if we create custom folders, we have to go in there and find what we saved.

Reports Header
Report Headers for PDF Downloads: I understand that for csv downloads the headers are a problem, but when printing PDF downloads for MYT reports and such it would be nice to have the headers that are showing in the report to actually be printed as pdf as well. It shows the information that is pulled plus the OP, TL, MCA and so on in the header. If printed on PDF it would be nice to have this as well like it did when we printed from crystal reports.

New Reports are Filled With UI problems
The UI of the new reports section is, to put it simply, bad. They are difficult to read, create, print, download, and are generally just a direct downgrade to the old reports. I realize that aesthetics are probably a low priority when it comes to designing these things, but they shouldn't be. A report that is difficult to read is one that fails at the sole function of a report, that being to communicate data.

Adding a "Custom Reports" button to homepage of new Reports section
With the new update incoming for the Command MC Reports section being categorized broadly, I'd like to suggest that there be a "Custom Reports" button on the home screen of the Reports section. AMCAs and MCAs are consistently using the current "Activity and Custom Reports" button to create reports to find information for awards, monthly stats, or just to get information for individual agents.
Instead of having to search for the function of creating custom reports, it would be good to have it as a button on the home screen of the Reports page for easy access.

Associate Awards visible in all MC for dual associates
Scenario: MC has 3 Associates who are dual-affiliated and cannot see their Associate Awards Reports as the system defaults to the most recently joined MC.
Solution: Show all active associates in the Associate Awards Reports.
Use-Case: MC often use these numbers for MC and Regional recognition.

Outside Referral Report
Our state we have B&O tax. We have to put it in the outside referral box currently. We need a report that shows the payee/entity that the outside referral is going to.
Right now with our B&O tax if it is a team it is split up so we have to go through and match them all up for reporting to the state.

Give us the ability to sort alphabetically by last name on all reports
All reports should either default to sorting by last name, or at a minimum, give us the ability to change our default to that sort. Specifically Associate Awards reports - but all need to have that ability

Reports before the switch.
The MCA was able to see the financials from other market centers in KW and now that report is gone. Allowing access to the financials of all the Market Centers provides transparency and it allows the MCA the ability be able to compare their Market Center with other similar make Market Centers.5 votes -

Right now, the Listings Taken report in the Month End Close tab is the only report sorted by first name. Please switch it to sorted by last name so it matches the other reports (Contracts Written, Contracts Closed). This would make it so much easier to verify Home Runs each month.

Commercial Reporting
Seeing property types & subtypes in reports is very helpful! Although, the way commercial is being tracked has really skewed unit & volume measurement.
Depending on the type of transaction, some commercial properties are measured by square footage not units. In this case, the Square Footage is populating into the UNITS portion of Reports. It makes tracking volume & units accurately really difficult. I would like to see that value moved to its own column at the least. Although, there is an opportunity for specific commercial reports, too!23 votes -
Agent Transfer List for regional use.
Can the region have a report that tells us which agent has transferred from one market center to another? I know we can see how many agents have been transferred to different MC but I would like to know the names of the agents and which MC they transferred from.

Top 20% Roster Download
Top Down Reports Have Incorrect Email Addresses: Top 20% Report does NOT download the correct email address for the agent. So, they do not see important emails. It does NOT pull from their preferred email address in their KW profile. Instead, it just uses their KW email, which many of them do not check. Please align the top down reports with the email the agents are asking to be used in their profile.
