Top 20% Roster Download
Top Down Reports Have Incorrect Email Addresses: Top 20% Report does NOT download the correct email address for the agent. So, they do not see important emails. It does NOT pull from their preferred email address in their KW profile. Instead, it just uses their KW email, which many of them do not check. Please align the top down reports with the email the agents are asking to be used in their profile.

Top Down Report: Top 20% Email Download in Reports is NOT the same as their preferred Email address in their White Pages Profile. This results in our top agents not seeing important emails sent. Please make the email address that comes from reports the same as their preferred one in their profile.
