Send Mass Texts to Associates
Since we are in constant contact with our agents about different things in the MC or RE in general, it would be easiest to do it through Command MC since it's always up to date with their contact information instead of typing it out into an excel sheet. or at least be able to export contacts to upload into contacts in Command.

Allow Market Centers to Require Certain Vendor Fields be Completed by Agents
If would be nice if Market Center by Market Center, we could require certain Vendor Fields (ie Title, Lender, Home Warranty) be required for Agents to fill-in.
This would help with MSA, JVs, etc. to be sure that we have clear and transparent reporting for our vendor partners and the ability to track the number of transactions we're completing with each partner.111 votes -
Documents Tab for Associate Card
Associate record compliance is a huge issue. Having a documents tab for the associate card (similar to what we have in opportunities) will help secure some of our agent data a little bit better.
Have spots to upload documents that are required for all MCs (W9, P&G Acknowledgement, Detail of Splits and Fees, ICA, etc) and the ability for the MC to add additional documents used in the MC.
Password protect documents with sensitive information. Limit who can access those docs.

Automatically Upload DA to Opportunity's Closed Documents
DAs in the new Transactions workflow should automatically upload to the Closed documents section in the related Opportunity.

Allow Only MCA and AMCA to Hit Month End Close Button
Limit Month End Close to MCA & AMCA ONLY. Having the button available for anyone with MC Leader status is a HUGE risk. Please "gray out" the button for all other leadership roles.

Ability to add Comments to the DA
We utilize this area to indicate breakdown of commissions and transaction fees or concessions since it is not detailed on the CDA itself and only lists the adjusted GCI.
In addition, we would like to NOW be able to indicate if the Seller, Buyer, or combination of both are paying said commission.
Having this in the comments, rather than adding them separately after printing the pdf ensures this information stays with the CDA in the event it is revised.

Appointments Reminder during MEC
I would love to see a prompt when you close the month asking if your appointment numbers are correct before actually closing the month. All other sections - # of contracts, listings, agent count, CO$ - they all tie back to something else but appointments do not. I miss being able to double check that part like Winmore used to ask us.

Need ability for MC leadership and Agents to be able to add a vendor on the fly in the transaction or adjustments sections rather than having to back out and add to vendor list.

Auto-Print Deposit Slip & Summary
Having to download and print the deposit slip and summary separately for each deposit takes up a lot of time. For those of us that have multiple business centers that we put on separate deposits and have to do additional separate deposits for each location for checks vs wires received, this can become a huge time suck. It would be wonderful if the reports for each deposit would either auto download in one pdf or auto print.

We need a report that shows the agent's net amount (1099 amount) like the DA list from WinMore used to. I've had a handful of agents ask for loan purposes, plus we'll need this report for year-end.

Streamlined Payment Process: New CSV Summary Report for Agent Payments
To streamline the process of managing agent payments and reduce the need for manual entry, we propose creating a CSV summary report by deposit. This report should include the following details:
- Deposit Number
- Agent Name
- Address
- Agent Net Amount
- Outside Referrals
- Deductions
- To be Paid/Paid
By consolidating this information into one document, it will significantly expedite the AE entries and ACH payments. An additional benefit would be the ability to import this type of file directly into AE, bypassing the need for manual data entry.

Commercial Reporting
Seeing property types & subtypes in reports is very helpful! Although, the way commercial is being tracked has really skewed unit & volume measurement.
Depending on the type of transaction, some commercial properties are measured by square footage not units. In this case, the Square Footage is populating into the UNITS portion of Reports. It makes tracking volume & units accurately really difficult. I would like to see that value moved to its own column at the least. Although, there is an opportunity for specific commercial reports, too!11 votes -

Once the report is opened, there should be a hyper link to the Transactions listed in said report.

Show Outside Referral Details on Agent Commission Details Page (Referring Agent, Brokerage, Address)
Display an itemized subtotal of the companies paid and the amounts included in the 'Outside Referral' total on the Agent Commission Details Form.
For example, if both ABC Realty and XYZ Real Estate are being paid an outside referral, it is helpful for the associate to easily see that $N.NN was paid to ABC Realty and $N.NN was paid XYZ Real Estate.

Add Referring Brokerage as Vendor Field
Change how agents input the outside referral, not by searching, or adding by the agent name, but searching /adding the brokerage, (where the MCA can have the broker / vendor library built, with the EIN already set up) then add the referring agent name as a separate, non-linked field. When agents move to other brokerages, that will cut down on maintenance of that library, and the MCA's will ensure the correct W9 information is used for the outside brokerages.

Default Search Location Should be the MC Address
Currently, the default property search page currently is Austin TX, Headquarters. This is confusing for consumers when they get to our MC site that is not located in Texas. All MC/BC sites should default to their franchise address.

View Cap Details in Associate Record
Have a tab that has the cap detail. Allow us to pull the CO$ and Royalty Reports from the Associate applet. (Similar to what is in the transaction cap detail)

Tag Associates to correspond to AccountEdge job codes
Would like the ability to add tags to agents that correspond to job codes in AccountEdge so when we pull reports, we can see totals per job and pull reports per job instead of having to manually calculate.

Sort Transactions by Submitted Date and Closed Date
Please build the ability to SORT the data in the Transactions applet by both date submitted and by closing date. Our MC sends commission invoices on behalf of our agents, and with the elimination of the Commission tab, it is incredibly difficult to track what has been submitted and processed versus what has not. Thank you.
