Improve the new Compliance Viewer Filters and Queue
We need all of the same filters we used to have in the old Compliance Queue, readily available off to the side just as before. It is incredibly counterintuitive to have to open a filters tab and then select filters and then click save. This change turned a one-click action into a 3-click action. We also no longer have the ability to filter by Opportunity type and event, this is extremely important for training new admins in market centers. Seeking input from Market Centers using this technology prior to overhauling an entire section of command used to be the norm and it would be nice if KW continued to do so.

I would like the ability to customize the compliance activities that I need to see (in my case - ALL opportunities) right now I have to click to remove the filters EVERY time I go into compliance and search for something. AND as a bonus - I would appreciate being able to see EVERY opportunity that has been created, not just when paperwork has been submitted, because inevitably an agent creates an opportunity, uploads paperwork, and doesn't submit or change status, so the office cannot see it. If the office could see all, we can then move that forward into our compliance process without the agent being frustrated

Prior to this change, we were able to select and deselect chosen filters off to the side of the page. This was very efficient because we only had to click once to apply the filter and remove it, additionally, the system showed us the number of files under said filter when searching. The addition of the Filter button completely changed this function. We now have to click the filters button, select the filters we want, then click apply. Then if we want to change the filters, we have to do the same three step process all over again. We need the one-click action returned to the compliance viewer instead of the three-click action we are forced to take now. It might not sound like much but it does eat up significantly more time when trying to quickly locate a file in compliance.

AND give us the abilty to save our preferred settings - every time I go back in I have to re-do the settings - I ALWAYS want to see all opportunities - not filtered for submitted and re-submitted - but what I really want is to be able to see EVERY opportunity that has been created - FREQUENTLY agents put docs into an opportunity that is not at active status, and then don't submit them, so it makes it virtually impossible to find these docs.

The slim choices for filters compared to what we had prior to April 9, 2025 has effected our ability to accomplish relatively easy tasks. It is a critical need that will continue to effect our ability to service our agents and the level of service they were accustomed to. Please either give us back what we had or build the update to mirror exactly what we had available. THIS IS VITAL

These new filters also make it incredibly difficult to find old Opportunities. We have to open the filters, add the approved and returned statuses and then search the Opportunity. Once finished, you have to open filters again and remove them to see the files waiting for review. The entire system is completely counterintuitive and adds so many extra steps that were not needed before. This needs to be fixed as soon as possible.
