  1. MCA Dept would like a "Send Confetti" to associate who has just capped. When they log into their Command, a "Congratulations You Are Now Capped!"... message appears to celebrate their achievement.

  3. Having the ability to search for the opportunity using the transaction ID would be extremely helpful - the same way we could search by DA # previously.

  4. When creating and submitting a transaction from an agent Opportunity within a team, make sure the commission amounts after the split are only visible to the connected agent, keeping the commission values of other agents confidential. Usually, in large teams, the team admins will be responsible to create that Opportunity and enter all of the commission details so that agents don't know about the splits.

  5. Filtering by tags is not effective, because when applying 2 or 3 tags to search by, it brings up all the opportunities that have ANY of those three tags on it, but I need it to filter opportunities that have ALL of the 3 tags - for example, searching for opportunities tagged as "December Closing" and "Invoice to be Sent" brings up any opportunities that have a December tag on it, even if it doesn't have the invoice tag, AND any opportunities tagged with "Invoice to be Sent" even if it doesn't have the December tag, this makes it difficult…

  6. A search filter for an agent's commission amount in opportunities. We get a lot of checks in with NO information about who or what it is for. Being able to search for matching commission amounts may give us leads for who the check belongs to instead of it sitting around waiting on someone to ask about it.

  7. Searching for opportunities in CommandMC Opportunities takes long time to show results. Each search averages between 5-30 seconds. This adds up over time for those that work heavily in CommandMC Opportunities, making their work inefficient.

  9. Earlier today, an agent came into my office looking for a HUD document for a transaction that settled in 2023 because the state was after the seller for $15k.
    My fist instinct was to search the property in Command MC, but the opportunity wasn't visible to me.
    My second instinct was to search in DocuSign as Michele since MCA has access to every room. After searching and finding nothing I realized that wouldn't have been helpful anyways because the HUDs and ALTAs don't get uploaded to DocuSign.
    The last thing I tried, was to log into Command as the agent…

  10. I'd like to have the ability to create Document Tasks in the Buyer Opportunity Consultation Tab. I want to move all documents that need completed at the beginning and that could be used for same buyer with multiple task lists, example being first sale failed and you pulled in a new task list. I want to add the Buyer Representation Agreement and Agency Disclosures to Consultation so they don't have to reload every time they start a new task list.

  11. The agent is not able to change the "closing date" in opportunities once submitted. They can change the Estimated Closing Date. When we had WinMore we had to manually go in and change closing dates once they were updated - I was hoping the Command MC would alleviate that process but as it is it actually has made it a longer process. If the Close Date in Transactions would feed from the Estimated Closing Date in Opportunities it would make the Projected Closing report accurate without having to manually change it. Thanks

  13. When reviewing a Document, if you go to reject and enter a comment and you make a typing mistake you have to physically mouse over and click the mistake area or delete all the typed text until you get to that mistake. The arrow keys change which document you are on and it can be very frustrating when typing out a long winded reason why the doc is being returned then lose it all due to hitting an arrow key.

    Suggestion is to make it so that when you are in that comment section, arrow keys are only affecting that…

  14. First American Title Co (FATCO) has a data breach which is making transmittal extremely difficult as we're trying to track down unbooked funds. There's no easy way for search for this in Command.

  15. There are occasions when a rental transaction has a Commission entered and for one reason or another needs to be terminated. (deal falls through/it was a test commission created) As with a sale, we should be able to terminate the Commission.

  17. There's an AI system for lawyers called Spellbook Legal that reviews contracts. This would be very intuitive to develop for compliance review in opportunities either for just the market center side or even for an agent when they submit the contract for review. If you could just adjust the code per market center and definitely state so that each mc could customize what their ai looks and returns for. This would free up a lot of time and allow mc leadership to focus on more delivering the value proposition.

  18. On the CommandMC Opportunity dashboard, compliance events that have more than one version have a small icon of a clock. It would be so helpful to those doing compliance review if that icon also appeared when reviewing the opportunity next to the name of each compliance event. We use "add version" for back-up offers and rejected offers frequently and need a reminder within the opportunity to check the other versions when multiple exist.

  19. Admin tags should be visible to Agents so they can tell which step of the process we are in for processing their paperwork. E.g. Listing Complete, Missing Paperwork, Conditional, Missing Lawyer - Seeing just these 4 tags, would let them know that their Listing is Complete, but the Transaction is still Conditional, we are Missing Paperwork to make it to Firm, and that we do not have Lawyer Information for the property yet.

    They can tell all of this at a glance at the Tags, rather than entering the Opportunity and rifling through paperwork.

  20. The conditions for conditionally required compliance documents used to be listed right under the document title. Now you have to hover your mouse over the little "i" in a circle to see the condition. The agents need this description there as a reminder that these documents are still REQUIRED if the condition is met. The "Conditional" tag is often interpreted as "Optional" and it would be helpful to have the condition visible while you're looking at the document list.
