Attach W9 to Vendors
Ability to attach a W9 to a Vendor and a link to the opportunity would be helpful during tax season.

In the vendor profile, allow an upload of the W9 provided by that vendor so it's not just in the Opportunity and eliminates having to store them in a drive or elsewhere.
This will be a quick reference if there is a keying error of the EIN or SSN or if the legal entity name is needed. If added, an option to update the file would be beneficial to replace outdated W9s when they are provided by the vendor so we have a current one on file.
With a large brokerage, I had almost 200 errors when I uploaded the 1099s into SOVOS because the legal entity name did not come over and only the dba was showing. It took almost 2 days to track down all of the W9s and manually enter the correct information into each 1099 to clear all of the errors.

This would be helpful and eliminate my extra folder with alllll the W-9s since the beginning of time.

AND, to NOT allow fake EIN numbers to be used. Just had an agent submit 00-0000000 for a co-broker 🤦♀️
