Send Mass Emails, Texts, and Mail to Associates
Since we are in constant contact with our agents about different things in the MC or RE in general, it would be easiest to do it through Command MC since it's always up to date with their contact information instead of typing it out into an excel sheet. or at least be able to export contacts to upload into contacts in Command.

Agent DA Overview
We need a quicker option to see agent's recent DAs. I know that we can find this in Reports, AND it would be SO HELPFUL if we could link to this information easily in Transactions OR in the agents' Associate card.
In Winmore, we would easily see recent DAs in the Cap Detail tab of an Associate Card. There's no way now to quickly see this without stopping a process and filtering through Reports.

Do not allow emails ending in @kw.com to be set as the password recovery email or personal email.
The great password reset of 2024 proved just how many MC's set password recovery emails as their MCA or TL causing tons of frustration for associates trying to reset their email.
This idea is to not allow any emails ending in @kw.com to be entered as a recovery email.

See Command AS user
Many apps have options in them where you can see the client's account how they see their account from an admin position. I think this is known as "View As" or "Impersonation"
Salesforce, WordPress does this and so does Circle.io, the community platform.

Upload Files into Associate Records
When the MCTT is completing a tech audit, would love to see this being uploaded to the Associate contact card like KPA's would.

Add the Recovery Email Address column to the Associate Dashboard or provide a report of those addresses.
Many agents have an old or inaccessible recovery email address on their associate record. Adding that column to the associate dashboard, or providing a report listing that info, will enable market centers to proactively audit and update these addresses to AVOID a repeat of the password reset issues experienced recently.

Create a way for MC Leaders to see the name of an associate's Sponsor in CommandMC
There is currently no way for a leader to see who an associate named as their sponsor until the next month's Profit Share Reports come out. If an associate asks if they selected the correct sponsor, there currently is no way for the leader to verify this.

Display Agent Site URL in Associate Record
We have a new agent that joined our market center and we are in the process of making business cards. We don't have a way to look up his agent website without asking him directly. It's not listed in white pages nor Command MC in his associate card. It would be nice to have the agent website address listed in Command MC under the contact information section instead of having to ask the agent for their KW Website Address.

regional associates
The associates section for the region does not currently show all associates for the region and this would be extremely helpful as regional leadership in order to recognize and keep notes as we have conversations.

View First/Last Few Digits of Account Number
Several Agents will have multiple bank accounts on file. It would be great if we could see the account number in Associates. I know for security we cannot see the whole number; however, can we please see the last 3 digits? This saves the MCA time when needing to confirm what bank account is setup for Profit Share. With WinMore going away, we will no longer have this access to verify which account is programmed.

Add Custom Fields for Associates
Ability to add custom fields in an associate record to store additional information such as Key Fob Numbers, Auto Insurance details, association ID numbers, etc

Where would you set up these custom fields (ex: in the Admin Applet)? Who would be allowed to create and edit these custom fields? Would they need to be marked as required?

Allow MCA to View SSN
For the State of MN in order for us to look up agents licenses or do license renewals we need their full SSN and it will be very hard to have to search through agents onboarding paperwork to find their SSN each time we need it.

Associates Tab - Export to CSV or PDF
Add the ability to export to CSV and PDF the Associates Tab. We would be able to export a Top Down Report with agent's email and phone number. Great for targeting the roster based on production level.

License Expiration-PA
A way you can change all agent's expiration date at one time and not have to go into each one individually. PA has the same expiration date every two years.

In associate applet allow us to see the cap detail for the agent
Have a tab that has the cap detail. Allow us to pull the CO$ and Royalty Reports from the Associate applet. (Similar to what is in the transaction cap detail)

Search Associate by Legal Name
Allow to search for Associate Detail using Associate's by Legal Name. Currently search result will only show Associate's Preferred Name.

Print Binding Sponsorship Agreement after Onboarding
Have an option to print the signed BSA for the market center and agent if needed after sign on. The only option is downloading at the moment agents sign, but no access for the Market Center.

Contact Count Should Include Team Contacts
The number of contacts shown for an associate on a team currently only pulls from their personal database. This makes pulling accurate 201+ Club reports difficult when our Market Center is very team heavy, and those teams have been told that their agents should operate mainly out of the team side of Command. An agent's total contact count should combine these two numbers, else it's impossible to accurately gauge our Market Center's 201+ Club completion rate.
