Show Email Sent in Associate Timeline
Now that we can send one-off or bulk emails to Associates from CommandMC (thank you!), when selecting the email from the timeline we should be taken directly to the email sent, just as it happens in the Contacts applet in Command.

Or even making the ability to record an email manually on the timeline would be so helpful especially for documenting disciplinary or clarification conversations.
