Adding a design to an email in a SmartPlan from leadership (similar to the way agents can choose email type: simple or designs) would help tremendously in recruiting!

Let's make it easier for our agents to keep their profiles updated! Currently they have to update both 'marketing profile' and 'my profile' with their profile photo, for example. Please sync the data from one to the other to save agents time.

The sites currently sort the agents alphabetically and only display 15 agents per page with no capability to search for a particular agent. This results in attention going to the first 15 agents in a MC's alphabet more frequently than the remainder of agents. Market Centers should have the option for a random sort of agents AND a search field should be added to the Agents page.
