2. Clarify “Site Settings” vs “Agent Profile” bio usage in Website Settings

   Where this should be added:
   Command > Websites Applet > Manage Settings

   Site Settings > Team Settings
   Agent Profile > My Information

   Please add clearer field descriptions, labels, or helper text in Website Settings so users can easily understand:

   what content belongs in Site Settings versus Agent Profile
   what is intended for teams versus individual agents
   exactly where each field will display on the live website
   whether filling out both bio fields may result in repeated or similar content on the About the Agent page

3. Enable bulk image upload for Gallery widgets in Agent Website Builder

   An associate is building a webpage in Agent Sites and needs to add a large photo gallery of 100+ images. Currently, they are unable to add the full set efficiently to a single Gallery widget and have been attempting to upload images in small groups. They reported that the Choose Files option previously opened their local file browser for faster multi-file selection, but it is now unresponsive, leaving Add Image one-by-one as the only workable method in their experience.

   The current documented workflow for reimagined Agent Sites requires content to be uploaded to the Content Library before being added to a webpage, and images are added through the Image option in Expert Mode.1 However, this still does not appear to meet the associate’s need for efficient large-scale gallery building if uploads must effectively be handled one image at a time from their perspective.

   Requested Enhancement:
   Add or improve a true bulk image upload workflow for gallery/content management in Agent Website Builder, allowing associates to select and upload large batches of images at once and then quickly place them into gallery widgets.

   Who is affected:
   KW Agents building image-heavy webpages or landing pages in Agent Sites.

   What is needed:
   A faster multi-image upload and gallery population experience for large galleries.

   Where:
   Agent Sites / Websites Applet / Expert Mode / Content Library / Gallery widget.

   When it occurs:
   When creating or editing webpages that require large photo galleries.

   Why this would help:
   This would significantly reduce manual effort and time spent uploading images individually or in very small sets, improving the website-building experience and efficiency for associates managing media-rich pages.

5. Team Websites about page with agents

   TEAM websites: When setting up the "Team" page showing all the agents on our team, I would like to have design control over the page instead of only the ability to have agents on the page or not on the page or reorder how they appear on the page. Our agents on our team are located in different locations. I would like the ability to pull in a group of agents or an agent on the page or a page where I want them to show up in the design of the page. If have have an agent in region 1 as an example, I want to add some context : title, SEO info about the region then highlight my agent on my team for that particular area they service. Right now I have no design control over this page. It shows up as a cluster of agents with no direction. We have a large team so I would like the ability to pull this "agent function - widget - not sure what to call it" on to my website on whatever page I desire. As an example, if I have an agent or agents that specialize in assisting "seniors", then I want a page to focus on Senior buyer and sellers and be able to pull my agents into that page who focus on that niche. Right now I have no way to show the value of my agents as to location or niche of specialization. The page looks very generic and because I have a large team it has to be indexed to get to the next page of agents (which is not working either). So I cannot control how many agents are on a page nor do I have any flexibility to design the page to be more than just a roster that really means nothing to consumer clients. And if my agents happen to be on the last page of the roster, they are not feeling all that special either as they are buried on page 2 etc. If agents are on a team and set up as team members on the team roster, then I want control on how I pull those agents into my website. So in addition to a "roster" about page that currently exist, I would like to see an agent function that allows me to pull agents off my roster on whatever page and location of the page I feel best represents their value to our clients and team. I agree that their needs to be the "out of the box" option for small teams. And because they are smaller they all show up on one page. However for those of us that have larger teams that need more "marketing diversity" and a way to showcase my agents, I will appreciate the design control. Thank you for the consideration.

6. Conversion Tracking via Google Tags on Form Submissions and Buttons

   I would like the ability to track conversions by adding a Google tag (Google Ads / Google Tag Manager) directly to buttons and form submission events.
   For example, I want to track a Google Ads conversion whenever a lead submits the Home Valuation form. Ideally, this would be accomplished by allowing users to access a button’s settings and add a tracking tag that fires only when the specific action occurs (such as clicking Submit or successfully submitting the form).
   This feature would apply to:

   Custom buttons created within the platform
   Buttons and submit actions associated with prebuilt forms, including the Home Valuation form

   Having this capability would allow accurate measurement of marketing performance, better attribution for Google Ads campaigns, and improved insight into lead generation activity.

7. Google Crawlers Access

   Some of the agents I work with would like to allow Google crawlers access to their KW websites so their pages can appear more prominently in Google search results.

   Specifically, they would like the ability to whitelist GoogleAdsBot so Google can crawl KW landing pages for ad verification purposes.

8. Search Listings by Loan Type

   Right now, there is not a filter where agents or consumers can search listings or set up saved searched by filtering by the loan type (filtering by VA, FHA, Conventional, etc). If this could be a feature added, that would be great!

10. Customization for text, Rich text, website settings

    Hello,
    I noticed when I put my bio in Command that the layout looks quite different than I intended (ie. Everything looks like one big paragraph).

    Is there a way for me to change the layout so it more appealing to the reader? I would love to customize that text since it comes from the marketing profile/website settings!

17. Light and dark logo options for themes with the change in marketing profile customization

    Due to the change on marketing profiles for market center information. Either you should be able to override the marketing profile with a custom logo when you customize your site or there should be an option for market centers to set a logo for dark or light themed sites as now that these are uniform, those with the wrong theme end up having a hardly visable market center logo.
